enclosed file name POD.pdf)Customer sent an email on 05/06/stating the item was not to her satisfactionApparently the customer was trying to match it to an item she previously many years agoOn 05/06/We replied the very same day saying that the item she received was the correct and only way it cameFurthermore, in that email we offered the customer to keep the item at half price to accommodate her or we can pick up at our expense and we would give a full refund On 05/07/customer emailed insisting that we send an item similar to what she had purchased many years ago, we replied the same day saying that we don’t have this and again repeated the offer to pick up and give a full refundOn 05/08/we proactively emailed the customer the return label (see enclosed file name RETURNLABEL.pdf) The customer didn’t even want to send the item back - at which time we proceeded to let her know that in good faith - we would just give her a full refund and to keep the itemOn 05/08/as promised, the very same day - the full refund was given and a copy of this was sent to the customer and the customer kept the original shipment as well (see enclosed file name REFUND.pdf)

Review: This company is doing business as Gallery Lighting and/or gallery803 on [redacted] They have a lot of different names and unhappy customers alleging fraud, as documented at [redacted] I purchased a chandelier directly from their web site: [redacted] The chandelier pictured at that link is not the chandelier I received. They sent me something totally different, cheap-looking, unattractive, not what I wanted or paid for (probably something that wasn't selling well, that they substituted hoping I'd keep it). When I called their customer service phone number, the representative told me to take a picture of the chandelier I'd received and email it to them at [redacted] to resolve the problem, which I did, with a detailed description of why it was not the chandelier pictured on their web site. Their answer was that the chandelier I had been sent was the right one (clearly disproved as I set forth in my email and pictures), and they would give me a discount to keep it. I declined that offer. I said I only wanted the chandelier pictured on their web site, and that I was apparently a victim of a bait and switch scam. Nevertheless, they insist they sent me the right chandelier and refuse to send me the chandelier pictured on their web site, the one I ordered and paid for. I don't understand why Revdex.com is giving this business an A+ rating when, if you Google [redacted], you will be deluged with all the complaints alleging fraud. You can add mine to the list. Bait and switch, fraud, misrepresentation.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order -- the EXACT chandelier I ordered and paid for, not some cheap-looking piece of merchandise they couldn't sell and tried to get rid off by substituting it for a nicer chandelier.
