I was staying at the intown suites on fairfield business center drive and I paid a deposit of they are now trying to refuse to return my deposit because I left bags a trash in my room after no one had cleaned my room the entire stay at this piece a *** establishment, I had drug addicts knocking on my door looking for heroin on a daily basis, we witnessed numerous drug deals, they have roaches and bed bugs and nothing was done about that when we discussed are grievenous, this hotel is over priced and it seems that they simply dont give a *** long as they are collecting there money every weekI had awful customer service and all while staying with my month old and fiance the maids didnt do anything the whole time I stayed other than leave bags on my counterI CLEANED MY OWN ROOM WITH MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES DUE TO THEM REFUSING TO CLEAN MY ROOMThey didnt even help me carry out my luggage that is why I didnt take the trash bags out when I left!
