Review: I called and booked an 8 hour cleaning. The cleaning was very poorly done. I called the company immediately and talked to a manager. I asked him to come out and check. He was unable to come. He sent the cleaner back and she was very rude. She told me to show her where it was dirty. I wiped my hand on the floor where she had swept and mopped and pulled up a handful of hair and dirt. She then said that the house was too dirty to clean. I talked to the manager multiple times and sent multiple pictures showing the poor quality of work. He told me that he had to get in touch with the owner. There is still no resolution and I am tired of waiting. I am very disappointed with how rude and un-professional they have been. I would like a full refund as the cleaning service I purchased was not done.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Dear [redacted],We apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you. Most of our clients are very happy with the services we provide and we get a lot of great compliments our way. In very rare cases we get a call from a customer who is not fully satisfied because some of the things might have been missed while cleaning service was performed. When something like this happens we take all the necessary measures to insure the problem is fixed. Our company has certain policies and procedures. One of them is that if the customer is not fully satisfied with the service - we gladly send out a cleaning personal to fix the issue and take care of the items that might have been accidentally missed by our cleaning techs at no additional cost to the client. This only applies if an estimate was performed and contract is signed with set price for a set scope of work, but if a person purchased a cleaning package this does not apply. When purchasing a cleaning package you pay for the time our cleaning staff works for you - not for a full house cleaning or a deep cleaning. Some houses need for example 14 hours to be fully cleaned but customer purchases only 8 because that's what they think it would take to clean their house fully. And what it could mean is that the customer's house will not be cleaned 100% as expected but only what was possible to do within the time frame purchased. Our customers do have an option to purchase additional hours if they see that the time purchased is not enough, but in your case you chose not to, which is absolutely up to you. This was disclosed to you at the time of purchasing the package.In your feedback you stated that the service has not been done, which is not a true statement. Our cleaning crew was cleaning for full 8 hours and did the best they could within the time frame you have purchased. I apologize you didn't feel that your house was cleaned to your full satisfaction and that is only because it required more time to be fully cleaned to meet your highest expectations. Nevertheless, we made a special exception for you and send out a cleaning crew the second time at no additional cost to you just to make you happy, and they cleaned for an additional hours, but unfortunately that was not enough. I apologize you felt like the cleaning tech was rude to you but that could have been probably a reaction to how you approached them in a first place. This is actually the first time we have someone say that our cleaning personal was rude to them. All of our girls are super sweet and do an excellent job cleaning, that's why we are won Super Service Award for many years and known as a best cleaning service company in Sacramento Area. Per our policy would have to bill you for an additional cleaning service performed the second time, but we are gladly willing to waive the fee for you and hopefully this will be satisfactory. Again, we really apologize we couldn't make you 100% happy, but I can say for sure we tried our Best! Sincerely, Legacy Cleaning Services Team!

I am rejecting this response because: In order to get you guys to actually respond to me I had to turn in a claim to the Revdex.com. I have many examples of how the cleaners did a poor job. I called the manager and asked what I should have expected. Sweeping the floors was part of the listed things as was cleaning the bathroom showers. The pictures I attached are the floor I swept as your cleaner was there, because she wanted me to "show her". I swept a huge pile of dirt. That is unacceptable. I also showed her the ahower where they just put the shampoo bottle over the dirt. She told me they forgot to come back. So I also cleaned the shower. I would like a full refund.

The customer has not accepted our offer to send someone out a 2nd time free of charge to take care of minor issues she has and our offer for one hour partial refund. We are not obligated to refund any monies, especially when she did agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website when she made the purchase. Our terms and Conditions states 30-Day Refund Guarantee (only if package hasn’t been used) – when used packages are non-refundable.

These Guys are very thorough. Their ability to pay attention to detail is 100%... They on accidentally broke the resivior on one of my toilets. I was expecting them to buy a new resivior Only, to fix it. They went out and purchase an entire brand new toilet. And didn't charge me a dime. These guys are a Top rate contractor !!! I highly recommend them.

Spectrum One painted the interior and exterior of my house they also remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. I was very impressed with the timely manner that everything was completed. They were very professional through out the project. I would definitely recommend them to any one who needs a project completed.

I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!

I recently was seeking a contractor to complete a large concrete patio and landscaping project at my home. I was fortunate to select Spectrum One, Inc. to do the necessary work. My first impression was that they responded to my request immediately and after reviewing the scope of the work gave me a fair and reasonable bid. After accepting the bid, they were able to begin work the next day. This was done before I even heard back from the other contractors I had contacted. Paul and Daniel scheduled their crew of highly talented and extremely dedicated workers. The crew did an excellent job and clearly exceeded my expectations. The job was finished in four days and I was then approached to see if I was entirely satisfied with the work which I clearly was. The work was done in a meticulous manner with daily clean up so that I didn't feel like I was in a construction zone. I am thankful to everyone at Spectrum One for their excellent customer service and am 100% satisfied with the completed job. I highly recommend them to others and will be using their services again in the future.

I would highly recommend Spectrum One, Inc. They were the contractors on the job where I was the designer. I was extremely pleased with their work as well as my client. They did wonderful work, were timely, neat and tidy and very professional. I will use them again. The complete bathroom remodel that was done is spectacular. It could be featured in a model home.

I had a real cleaning challenge and Legacy Cleaning took care of everything. They were able to quickly accommodate an urgent schedule and set up both the cleaning and carpets to be done the same day. The cleaning ladies arrived on time and did an amazing job! Everything sparkled from the bathrooms to the light fixtures. The carpets were especially challenging because I had a sick pet but they were able to lift the stains. A few spots showed afterward and they immediately scheduled to redo the affected areas. On time, excellent service and customer service!

I needed to get my bathrooms remodeled and install SOLAR system at my house. I called Spectrum One. They gave me a reasonable price and performed OUTSTANDING work! I love the way my bathrooms turned out and the solar panels are great, saving me a ton on energy bills. The guys were working very hard and always cleaned up every night. Great job on water stained removal on 25 windows! They look brand new and our customers noticed! Also, remodel of 4 commercial restrooms, demo of 22,000 sq ft of office space and maintenance repairs!

Spectrum One did a beautiful job on remodeling our very outdated master bathroom. We appreciated the time that they took to meet with us to present their bid. They worked quickly and we were very pleased with the outcome. They were timely on a daily basis and with the entire project. They worked with us and listened to our concerns. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

I hired Legacy Cleaning to clean my folks' home after they moved out and into an assisted living facility. Needless to say, the home was in need of a thorough vacuuming, wall washing, window sill cleaning, bathroom and kitchen scrub down, and floor mopping. Ana, the cleaning person, worked for six hours, and did a fantastic job. She never took a break, and asked me a number of times if there was more she could do. Her work helped our family sell the home quickly because it showed so much more nicely.

Spectrum One Builders does outstanding work. From the first consultation about our remodel project they had a "can do" positive attitude, and the results were wonderful. They were always prompt and professional. I will be using them for future projects as well.
