POSSIBLE. WE THEN WEST AHEAD AND PICKED UP THE TANK IN QUESTION THE FOLLOWING DAY. I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER AND AGREED TO REIMBURSE THE CUSTOMER FOR THE $35.00 CHARGE HE INCURRED FOR THE PRESSURE TEST.

Yes WPP spoke with me but I am still not satisfied with the way things went. Even if our landlord had said to take the tanks it should have been a priority for WPP to contact us about what was going to be done. They did send me a check for $35 for the pressure check, that we have not cashed, They stated that's all they could do. It cost us $280 for the first fill up, that I had to come up with. All I was asking for is the difference. So 280-124= 156

I felt that when WPP spoke with me they did not seem to care or to understand the situation that I, we were put in. Yes I got the $124 pack witch I paided for so it had to be refunded. But I cost me another $160 plus the $124 to get our new tank filled. I sorry that you thought that everything was ok but you had stated that #35 was all you could do and yes some thing even little is better then nothing.
