In trying to be as professional as possible regarding the consumers transaction, once again the consumer is exaggerating the story to fit them. If they had a problem we all know they would be in the store looking for the owner or Sales Manager to complain if they were in happyIt take months and moving to Georgia, to now complain. Give us a break! Bring the car in and we will be happy to look t the vehicle for them or trade them out of it

the reasons I am complaining is because we were sold a car that I believe is a lemonfirst we were unable to test drive itthen after we signed all the papers we drove it home the next morning I checked all the fluids in it and there was no oil at all in iti took it back and told the man who sold it to us and he made a joke about it then said if it happens again to bring it ina couple days later we really noticed a schemmy in the frontendi took it in and ask the to check for oil leaks and any other things that could be wrong.they said the wheels were unbalancedand they fixed the problem.they checked the brakes they were fine but never said anything about the oil issue.we asked if it was ever in an accident and he said nowhen we gave them dollars down they only put on one form that we only gave them on another form they said we gave them 1000.when I tried to take the car in again I explained we have to do it on certain days but they couldnt get us in.by the time we were able to the warrenty expired and we couldnt afford iti told them we were moving to Georgia and wouldnt be able to bring it back there.a few days ago we were looking to trade it in and when the dealer test drove it and then looked it up on carfax they said its not even worth and it was in a accident with frontend damage.we only put miles on it and take good care of iti strongly feel we were robbed by that kia of east syracuseif you need copies of anything I have themplease help us

Customers deposit was refunded within a couple of days. There is processes inside the dealership based on how deposits are made and how quick they can be refunded. Thank you!Dan K***Dealer Principal

We would be happy to return the deposit to the consumer. She has not responded to any of our phone calls. The issue is her deposit was paid by a relative on a credit card. We would need to have that card number to reimburse her relative or the relative would need to come in to get
a business check. Kia of East Syracuse is not being difficult, but we need to refund the person who put the deposit down. Please advise the consumer and relative to contact us. Thank You, Dan K***Dealer PrincipalKia of East Syracuse***

No one has ever contacted myself or anyone with access to our accounting database to make an adjustment. I have made the customer inactive as of 3/1/2018. They should not receive anymore mailings. However, if the information is in a data base of Polk or Kia Motors America, or
third party vendor that we or the customer did business with business with they will have to contact them directly in the future. Sincerely, Dan K***Dealer Principal

To whom it may concern:*** *** and *** *** purchased a Kia Sorento with 72,miles on 12/02/2016. They returned on 12/19/for some minor concerns. Our service department corrected any issues at that time. The consumer has never contacted us or been back
since. The consumer had a NYS Limited Used Vehicle warranty. Please have the customer stop with information regarding what occurred. We can not help the consumer with out communication. I can not speak on behalf of what occurred in Georgia.Thank you, Dan K***Kia of East SyracuseDealer Principal

The customer needs to go on line to www.kia.com and click onto the owners link and proceed to fill in all necessary information. They will need to attach the bill to be paid directly through Kia corporate. It will take between 4-weeks based on the website. We will contact the

To whom it may concern,On May 20, 2016 Mr. [redacted] came to our dealership.  He stated the left rear brake lamp bulb was inoperative.  Mr. Flowers had obtained a package of bulbs from and aftermarket supplier, which is said to be Advanced Auto.  He stated to us that the repair...

was just not a failed bulb. He was informed that he would be subject to pay labor time if the repair was not covered under warranty.  We stated this to him as his vehicle has extensive aftermarket wiring, audio components and multiple reverse cameras through out his vehicle.  Aftermarket components are not covered by the Kia Factory Warranty.  Upon diagnostic inspection and verification of power and ground the in fact found the bulb was blown. We recommended installing a known functional factory Kia bulb.  Mr. Flowers authorized the replacement. Once installed, Mr. [redacted] then stated he did not have  money to pay the bill.  We told him we could remove the bulb, or provide him with a discounted rate as good will gesture because of safety concern for the customer. Mr. [redacted] was provided a discount of $19.61.  He obliged, seemed satisfied, signed the order and paid the bill.  Kia of East Syracuse believes we went above and beyond what was needed to help Mr. [redacted].  Unfortunately, he is one of those people who always wants something for nothing.Sincerely, Mike K[redacted]Service ManagerKia of East Syracuse[redacted]

To whom it may concern:[redacted] Pought purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass on March 9, 2017 from our dealership.  When she left here she was extremely happy and had no concerns or issues.  On March 20th she called our service department to make an appointment for a pull to the right and a noise...

she said she heard.  She made the appointment for March 22nd and never showed up.  She has never been here after purchasing her car.  Her vehicle is under warranty and we would be glad to service the vehicle. Unfortunely I was able to take the bulb that was purchased from advanced auto and works perfectly fine in a different car manufacturer which proves the deals theory wrong that the bulb I pirchased was defective in any way. But to everybodys surprise the dealers bulb magically works in my car why thats hard to believe that the dealer isnt doing unethical selling practices and manufacturing of the kia car models which there own repair man Dave which he kindly explained to me that thats excatly what the problem is with Kias but he only works for this shady company what would he know right?  For the Manager to say that I am one of them people who only wants stuff for free is very sad because thats the first time he met me and as he stated that my car does after have market professionally installed cameras which I paid for with my own money and never asked for anything for free from Kia.  If Kias own repair man Dave wouldnt have told me the shady business they run I wouldnt have argued the fact it might be the bulb I bought which was proven to work so unfortunly there repair man was right and it is Kia that was in the wrong.  Ill be sure to not buy a $20,000 car from this shady company again thanks for losing a valid customer that wants everything for free l n
