Spectrum Tax Relief has a very specific process which we conduct in order to assist our clients in resolving their tax issues Our process always begins with a Tax Investigation so we can better assess the situation with the IRS and from there take additional steps to resolve a tax issue This is a Phase by Phase approach and therefore there is a Service Agreement specific to the work for each Phase which is signed by the client prior to any payment. In this particular case, as we always do, it was explained to the client that we would begin with a Tax Investigation as indicated in our contract with the client and any additional work necessary to resolve any issues associated with a $200K + tax liability would be presented in a separate Service Agreement; as a liability of this magnitude will have many aspects that need to be consideredWhen the client called to complain that her expectations of a release of a wage garnishment were not met, (and although we were not hired to do so because a Wage Garnishment Release requires a resolution of the entire amount) we offered as she stated via e-mail to not charge the second payment of her service agreement as a courtesy for any possible miscommunication although no misrepresentation was detected in the recorded conversation In the e-mail, we provided the client with all necessary documentation showing that the Service Agreement clearly stated that we were contracted to conduct a Tax Investigation only and no other promises or services were implied We also attached a copy of the results of the completed Tax Investigation, a copy of the Wage and Income report from the IRS, and a copy of the signed Service AgreementHowever the client never responded to the e-mail agreeing with the offer so we processed the second payment as scheduled per the signed Service AgreementWe have offered to continue to assist the client in resolving this sizable tax issue however she has declined our servicesAs a resolution, we are willing to refund the second payment of $as we had offered in our e-mail to the client Upon request, we can submit to the Revdex.com the same documents that were sent to the client showing the completion of the work we were contracted forThank you

To Whom it May Concern,
Dear Sir/Madame,
We received the complain on 08/26/regarding a message
left to the client’s voice mail from our companyWe believe that everyone
working for our company passed a
training courseWe
here have zero tolerance for misrepresentation or foul mouth to our clientsWe
represent clients in front of the IRS so we work for them and not the other way around
In order for us to investigate this matter further please forward a copy of this voice mail so we can
determine if disciplinary action is required on our
end
We take accusations very
serious, if our employees are found to be at fault then we will take
appropriate actionIt has been our experience that our employees will not
jeopardize their employment by using such language when talking with a
customer
We do our business with respect and integrity and we assure
you if we find our employee to be anything but
professional, they will be terminated
Also this person who made the
complaint is not a client of ours, regardless we would like the
opportunity to resolve any issue he has

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

The original complaint has been misunderstoodThere was no abusive email left for meThe voicemail was a message for me to call them back and the person didn't leave anything other than it related to a federal legal matter that was very important A representative from the company called me at home the next day and when I answered the phone that's when the person became verbally abusiveThe response is correct in that I am not clientThe company got my name and number by checking court recordsI would never do business with them but they contacted me firstI would think they could track the calls by referencing my telephone number 0498.
The liklihood of anyone there admitting to this is probably very slimHowever, to leave a voicemail for someone saying they are calling about a federal legal matter and it is urgent that the person call back is threateningThen, when the person doesn't play along with their threats and treatment to scream things in the phone is very unprofessional

I had accumulated a sizeable tax debt over the years and became very concerned because of the letters I started to receive from the IRS I did some research and I’m very glad that I came across Spectrum Tax Relief They explained the process very well, their fees were very reasonable and helped me resolve my tax issue quicklyI have recommended them to a couple of my friendsThank you Spectrum Tax Relief for your help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, I would like it to be noted that as originally stated, the service was misrepresented as I was mislead to believe the levy would be lifted in a timely manner and in fact was lifted prior to tax resolution by me contacting the IRS agent which is why the second payment could even go through! Also, it is curious to me that no evidence of me being told the levy would be and indeed was lifted was noted on the recordings...Unlikely and a bit unbelievable considering that I was told recordings were listened to in bits and this was the focus throughout our contact

I am very happy with the way my case was handled and the results

Spectrum Tax Relief has a very specific process which we conduct in order to assist our clients in resolving their tax issues.  Our process always begins with a Tax Investigation so we can better assess the situation with the IRS and from there take additional steps to resolve a tax issue....

When the client called to complain that her expectations of a release of a wage garnishment were not met,  (and although we were not hired to do so because a Wage Garnishment Release requires a resolution of the entire amount) we offered as she stated via e-mail to not charge the second payment of her service agreement as a courtesy for any possible miscommunication although no misrepresentation was detected in the recorded conversation.  In the e-mail, we provided the client with all necessary documentation showing that the Service Agreement clearly stated that we were contracted to conduct a Tax Investigation only and no other promises or services were implied.  We also attached a copy of the results of the completed Tax Investigation, a copy of the Wage and Income report from the IRS, and a copy of the signed Service Agreement.
However the client never responded to the e-mail agreeing with the offer so we processed the second payment as scheduled per the signed Service Agreement.
We have offered to continue to assist the client in resolving this sizable tax issue however she has declined our services.
As a resolution, we are willing to refund the second payment of $397.50 as we had offered in our e-mail to the client.  Upon request, we can submit to the Revdex.com the same documents that were sent to the client showing the completion of the work we were contracted for.
Thank you.

No games or gimmicks, just fair and honest answers. They really helped us out. Glad that I came across them. I had really bad feelings about everyone else I talked to in the industry.
