Since May 2020, Spectrum has disposed my business account payment
My business services have been erroneously disconnected twice and they refuse to take responsibility although they clearly have the payments
Dear Dispute Resolution:
This letter is in response to your correspondence regarding the complaint submitted by Ms. ***-*** involving a billing concern.
Charter records reflect a Charter representative spoke with Ms.-*** on August 4, 2020 regarding her billing concern. It was explained to Ms.-*** that her bank is submitting payments using the incorrect account number. As a result, a ticket was opened to have the funds transferred from the residential account to the business account. Ms.-*** was informed of her final balances after the balance transfer completes on both her residential and business account. Ms.-Polk’s credit request is unwarranted.
A Charter representative contacted Ms.-*** and discussed the above information. The representative provided Charter’s direct contact information to Ms.-*** for future reference.
