To whom it may concern:The client who proposed this complaint signed contracts prior to starting services on 7/23/ One of the contracts that she signed for was the explanation of fees, and she did sign that she read and understood the fees of the initial evaluation prior to receiving services The fees for the initial evaluation were $per minute segment She was seen for minutes and was billed accordingly Her total invoice (invoice #8304) came to a total of $+ General excise tax for a grand total of $on 8/3/This client claims that we stated that a full evaluation would be $or more, however we have the documentation that we are happy to provide in writing to show that we billed her $392.66.She did pay $more than month later on 9/30/ She still has a remaining balance of $that we have been trying to collect for over years Her bill over that time has now gone to collections for payment.In response to the complaint of there being an infant in the office, and the interruptions that it was causing her, this is the first complaint that we have received regarding this matter from her or from any of our other clients We pride ourselves in giving quality services, and the best personalized 1:services as possibleSimilarily, MsT [redacted] arrived minutes late to her daughters initial evaluation The time that we reserved for her in our office was 12pm-1:pm on July 23, She arrived at 12:pm and left at 1:45pm She was billed accordingly She also cancelled therapy on 7/28/15, and 11/9/ We do have a cancellation policy and in attempts to provide good customer service and for the purposes of customer relations, she was never billed for these cancellation fees We have made every attempt to work with this client including waiving fees for herHowever it is apparent that our attempts were unsuccessful from her perspective.We understand that we may not be the best fit for some clientele, however we do extend our every effort to try to remediate complaints within the parameters of contracts signed as well as within a timely matterWe will be happy to provide any documentation to help you understand this situation better including contracts, and invoices/payments provided.Please be advised that a copy of this response has been forwarded to our legal department for review.Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention,Sincerely,Carolinda TM [redacted] MS CCC-SLP; C.O.M.Director of Speech SolutionsKapiolani Blvdc206Honolulu, HI

To whom it may concern:The client who proposed this complaint signed contracts prior to starting services on 7/23/2015.  One of the contracts that she signed for was the explanation of fees, and she did sign that she read and understood the fees of the initial evaluation prior to receiving...

services.  The fees for the initial evaluation were $62.50 per 15 minute segment.  She was seen for 90 minutes and was billed accordingly.  Her total invoice (invoice #8304) came to a total of $375 + General excise tax for a grand total of $392.66 on 8/3/2015. This client claims that we stated that a full evaluation would be $700 or more, however we have the documentation that we are happy to provide in writing to show that we billed her $392.66.She did pay $255 more than 1 month later on 9/30/2015.  She still has a remaining balance of $137.66 that we have been trying to collect for over 2 years.   Her bill over that time has now gone to collections for payment.In response to the complaint of there being an infant in the office, and the interruptions that it was causing her, this is the first complaint that we have received regarding this matter from her or from any of our other clients.  We pride ourselves in giving quality services, and the best personalized 1:1 services as possible. Similarily, Ms. T[redacted] arrived 15 minutes late to her daughters initial evaluation.  The time that we reserved for her in our office was 12pm-1:45 pm on  July 23, 2015.  She arrived at 12:15 pm and left at 1:45pm.  She was billed accordingly.  She also cancelled therapy on 7/28/15, and 11/9/15.  We do have a cancellation policy and in attempts to provide good customer service and for the purposes of customer relations, she was never billed for these cancellation fees.  We have made every attempt to work with this client including waiving fees for her. However it is apparent that our attempts were unsuccessful from her perspective.We understand that we may not be the best fit for some clientele, however we do extend our every effort to try to remediate complaints within the parameters of contracts signed as well as within a timely matter.
