Good Afternoon *** *** *** came to our dealership on 09/13/to purchase a Infiniti GVin#: ***. *** wrote a check for his down payment for $3500.00 check number ***The next day 09/14/we noticed that he wrote the check with the wrong date (dated
09/23/2017)We called him and didn't get an answerWe tried several time to call him to inform him that his check had the wrong date and if he could please come by the lot and write a new check or bring cashOn 09/15/*** send me a text message to my phone( *** the owner of speed auto sales) and he said " this *** ** at the hospital had a *** ** wreck my mom is going to bring you a check or cashTomorrow since the bank closedIt wasn't in the infinite it was in my work truck"He also sent pictures of him at the hospitalAs a business owner I give all of my customers the benefit of trustI told *** that I was sorry to hear the that he had a wreck and that I hope he felt better soonWe tried to call the customer again and he didn't answer***'s mom called me and explained to me that her son had to have surgery and I told her ok I understand and she said that she will bring either cash or a check as soon as possibleI told her ok***'s mom never showed up or called againOn Sept 18/we got another text message from *** saying "Ill be getting out hospital tomorrow they took me off oxygen this morning ill come myselfMy could get money out my account wasn't listed on there unless I had passed awayMy respond was ok thank you I'll see you tomorrowSeptember 20/I called the customer again he didn't answer or call backAfter days of waiting the customer didn't communicate with us anymoreOn September 22/I had to look for my vehicle because the customer didn't give me the down payment and also didn't provided proof of insuranceWhen I found the car at a gas station in Flowood MS near the walmartI text *** and ask him " hey *** you still in the hospital?" He replied yes sir"Ready to go hometired of this"From that point I knew *** was lying to me so I walked inside the gas station and saw him, he got really nervous and we stepped outside to talkI told him I knew he was lying to us and that I will have to repo the vehicle and if he wanted the vehicle back he could bring me the down payment the next day and I would be glad to give him the car backHe never showed up to bring the down paymentThere is also a record that we repossessed the vehicle that night with the Flowood Police deparment We called to informed them what we were doingAlso the customer provided us with a fake number that he uses through a free application When I was standing next to him and calling the number that he gave us his phone number was different*** is going around doing fraudulent things and this shouldn't be tolerate. The contract was voided for Breach of ContractIf he doesn't stop making false accusations about my company I will take him to court for slanderI am attaching proof of the check that hasn't been cashed or deposited and pictures of conversations with ***thank you *** *** Owner Speed Auto Sales
