I was looking for a contractor to rip up an existing driveway and install a new one with an additional concrete pad The first call I made James picked up the phone, which again is very rare! He also met me the same day to look at the project and was extremely professional I signed the contract right there on the spot James was also able to get my project on the calendar within two weeks You’re lucky to get a call back from other contractors in two weeks! He told me depending on the weather he would start on 5/16/ He called the day before to tell me that the 16th was is still a go James showed up on the day and time that he said Absolutely amazing! I was blown away even before the job was startedHis team did an outstanding job!! I would highly recommend Ground Pro to everyone and will be using him again for future projects I can’t tell you enough about how simple the process was from the minute I picked up the phone to the end result James is a true professional in every way!!! On or about 5-23-we poured a driveway about too days later the homeowner brought to our attention a water drainage problem ,We talked about what the best fix for the problem would be we agreed on what concrete would be removed and replacedI also explained to the customer that it
would be three Month's before I would feel safe to get on the the new concrete with my machine to remove the concrete because of the wight we did however return and redo the area and it did not fix the problem when it was brought to me that the problem wasn't resolved it did take some time for me to get back with the homeowneras I was dealing with medical issues with my wife having complications from a liver transplanthowever I did contact the homeowner to resolve the problem and he felt it was too late in the season to replace the concrete, so we agreed to saw cut some cuts and drill some holes to relieve the water problem until the spring

Ground Pro did a wonderful installation of a concrete driveway and area in front of our garageThe driveway was pitted, eroding and in generally very poor conditionThe result of a prior poor installation by a different contractorWe were given a very fair price, by ground Pro, compared to other contractors and the work was done quickly and efficientlyGround Pro did a follow up visit to insure that all was well with the installation
