I received headlights for my truck. They are not waterproof and I would like to return them for a refund. I am not pleased with my purchase. I ordered item number XXXXXXXXXXXX smoked housing 1 piece tinted headlight + bumper Amber corner for '97-04 Dakota/Durango. My order # is XXXXXX. There is a return policy of 14 days along with a 20% restocking fee. I have tried to contact the company several times to receive the shipping label, but have not received any correspondence. My name is ***I have been an automotive tech for yearsI drive a kit needs a new exhaust because it's all rotted outI bought a set of stainless steel long tube headers from Speed Daddy on eBayThey were advertised as fitting a 84-GMT C/K 5.0/SbcPart number is HDSCCI purchased these headers so I would never have to replace them againI also purchased all the aluminized pipes and muffler to do the good complete jobI was really excited about these purchases and looking forward to installing the new parts So I took a half day off of work to install the new exhaustI quickly torched off the old exhaust and removed the headman headers that were on it and rotting awayWhen I went to fit the new headers in place they would not fit, not even closeAfter an hour and a half of emails and phone calls to customer service I was left with optionsOption was to keep the headers for a partial refund and have a fabrication shop rework the headers to fit my truckThat would have cost more than I paid for the headersPlus I would be without a vehicleOption return the headers for a full refundEither way I will be without transportation for about a week until I can get headers that fit my truckI am hugely disappointed that a large, well known company like Speed Daddy would choose to falsely advertise a product to make a buck off someone like mePurchasing their product in good faith has cost me time, money and my only mode of transportationI will never purchase anything from Speedy Daddy again
Super poor quality parts headlights I ordered got here super slow and then they didn't even work I took them to a professional hid headlight guy and he took one look at them and said poorest quality headlights he's ever seen but I had him install them and they didn't even work so I try to return them and this place says I have to prove a default um they don't work I'll send them back test them yourself I'm never ordering from here again
