To Whom it May Concern, As stated on the contract dated April 13, 2017 we provided the following services at the address [redacted] Mechanicsville Md. [redacted]: We graded 10,395 square feet of disturbed area with a skid steer loader with Operator, in addition we had four men...
as laborer’s to hand rake, spread 150 lbs. of Tall Fescue seed , 15 bales of straw, 5 bags of lime, 4 bags of fertilizer, and hydro-seeder #91 with fiber mulch. We put the seed directly on the soil, then added the straw and hydro-seeded the fiber mulch on top. The lawn is growing, but not cared for. It is dry and not properly maintained. I have current pictures of the entire yard growing where we planted the seed. The Project Manager on the job was insulted by the homeowner, and now see that he has the home on the market to sell and have not received final payment. We need to be paid for the service provided. As per the contract, we do not warranty seed, sod, annuals and perennials. We even provided a landscape plan, free of charge to beautify the home. It may not be what he had envisioned, but as the evidence proves, his disturbed areas are now graded and seeded fine.
