At the time of vehicle purchase on 05/28/2019 I asked for copies of the last oil change, transmission service, and also safety inspection. I was informed from an employee that the services have been done and they will give me the copies. No copies were ever received. On May 29,2019 the vehicle overheated due to no oil in the car, the dashboard was set to French so I was unable to see the warning.I notified the car lot and they said the oil change was done which wasnt try since the vehicle said no oil life. I took the car in to get repairs on June 6th from the shop the car lot referred me to and informed them the transmission service needed to be done and also the brakes, and oil change, also there was an oil leak. All that was done was brakes and oil change. Car lot stated transmission fluid was good but really the transmission fluid actually needed to be changed. Also they stated their mechanics are certified and stated there was no oil leak. I took the vehicle to two other shops and they both stated there was an oil leak. Car lot refused to fix the problem. I came out of pocket to fix repairs after I was told I had a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty. Car was then repossed on 7/10/2019 after being told bank took the vehicle. I contacted the finance company and was told they denied the loan that the car lot should of informed me.

Customer stated in her complaint that we, Speed Max refused to fix vehicle, that is incorrect information vehicle was at repair shop the job was not complete when customer had demanded that we need to release vehicle we then informed her we needed to repair vehicle. She mentioned she would take vehicle to her own mechanic and pay for the repairs herself. After customer took the vehicle back she was completely unresponsive, and did not return any of the dealers phone calls or text messages. Vehicle was repossessed due to first payment default, contract was with the lender, but the client failed to first answer the lenders calls, and fill out statement of facts which was requested by the lender to come to an agreement on vehicle repairs to proceed with the loan. After being unresponsive for several days and being two days late on her first payment, the dealer then decided to repossess, then and only then she would contact us and ask us why the vehicle is being repossessed.

I am rejecting this response because:The dealer refused to do the repairs when the repairs were brought up to them.They stated there was nothing wrong with thevehicle. The only reason they were wanting to do the repairs was because the finance company was not going to finance the vehicle without the repairs being done first. The vehicle was taken to the shop and I was told they were going to do the repairs when I called the shop they said the car has not been touched because the dealer did not authorize the repairs to get done. I contacted speedmax to ask why the repairs weren't getting taken care of and I did not get a verbal response on to what the reasoning was. I was in contact with the lender during the process and was told I would need to deal with the car lot owner. I informed the lender the repairs weren't done so they sent back the loan. I was told I can unwind the contract and get my money back

None of the statements *** is stating is correct, vehicle was sent out to an outside facility for repairs, repairs were complete as promised on the due bill. vehicle was sold as is and *** was aware and signed form. vehicle was repossessed due to non payment.

I am rejecting this response because: The repairs were not completed. Speedmax refused to pay for the repairs to get done. Vehicle was taken but never had the repairs done. I had to call and ask why the shop has not touched the car. At the time of purchase *** stated I had a 3 month 3000 mile warranty on the vehicle. I have text messages stating the repairs weren't done and also the warranty they gave at time of purchase. Vehicle was repossed due to non payment there was no finance company to make the payment to when I was told the vehicle was financed through a bank which it wasnt. I would like my deposit back like I was told I would get.
