GZ Wireless INC is a sales rep for ultrammobile to sell SIM card to customer, we went to the shop on Aug and purchased a SIM card with month service fee total $We activated the SIM card on August and was told by ultramobile that month subscription fee was not in place for my account According to Ultramobile, GZ wirelsss sold me a wrong cardI called GZ wireless and told them what we learned, I asked them to send me a correct one and offer to pay for shipping charge, but they refused and declined to send new cardThe only way to get a replacement card is to travel to their shop and they hang up my phone twice, on Aug and Aug I asked for a refund, again they rejected to give refund unless I travel to the store It seems to me the only way to resolve this dispute is to travel to the store which is a pain to us
The service GZ wireless is terrible and the attitude they treat customer is really bad Please stay away from them
