We began to have leaks into our living room September The roof was installed in by a company no longer in business Murphree Roofing was called and *** came out to check our roof He explained what was needed and his crew came our for repair We received an invoice and gave a payment of $for this repair In July we had more leaks in the same area and called Murphree Roofing again *** came out and explained what needed to be done and stated that he had some new type of product that should last at least years and that it would cost a little more We agreed to this, but was not given any paperwork
The roof was "repaired" we were not at home the week of July We had not been contacted as to the day of the "repair"A hand written note on a torn piece of paper was left and stated that the roof was sealed and t
We contracted with Murphree Roofing to replace out roof We have had multiple issues with leaksThe business has yet to correct this issue
In March of 2015, we contracted with Murphree Roofing to install a new roof on our home We set a date for the installation and the materials were delivered Along with the roof replacement, we requested the installation of two new roof vents Plans were made for someone to be home on the day of the installation
Approximately a week and a half before the installation date, I received a call from *** late in the afternoon He informed me they'd had a cancellation on a previous job and had gone ahead and installed our new roof instead There was no one home at the time and there was no attempt to contact us that morning for permission to start the job early
Because it had been raining prior to the installation date, we had placed the boxes containing the roof vents in our shed As no one was home when they decided to do the roo
