On May 21,2016 [redacted] came in and brought her water damaged phone in for repair. We specifically told her since the phone has been water...

damaged it does not fall under our one month warranty and we do not assume responsibility since anything can go wrong with a water damaged phone. she decided to fix it and payed $190 for the repair. we have the signed credit card receipt if needed. on may 23rd she returned and said the phone wasn't working we informed her that we couldn't do anything as we previously had told her because her phone didn't qualify for our warranty. On may 24 th the manager called her and as a courtesy offered her her money back, all she would need to do was to bring in the phone in so we could take back the screen we sold her. she refused and said she has already sent in the phone to her insurance company. when we informed her that we could not refund the money without the screen, she said she would file a complaint against us with the Revdex.com. she said she's going to go to her credit card company to dispute the charge and to file a complaint. we tried to resolve the issue with her but she refused to bring the screen because she had already sent in the screen. we do not feel that we are responsible to pay back 350 dollars, we got payed $190 for the service and screen we provided and are not responsible to pay for her mistakes.
