The supervisor from my insurance contacted DMV and a person from DMV contacted the shop, questioning them
about the additional work that has been done on the car and that was not approvedThe shop responded that the tree fell on the hood of the car and that is why they had to replace itI called the shop and they called me back, I asked them to provide me with their insurance to file a claim since there is additional damage and the job was not done up to standard for me to return it at the end of my leaseThey did not provide me with anythingI filed another claim with my insurance.Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions. *** ***
