Thanks again for bringing this issue to our attention and to the customer we wish to express regret that we were not able to  explain sufficiently to her that she could not use the detail services coupon for the Full Service job she purchased.   Please take a look at our Menu Board...

attached and to the Left Hand Side (In RED) are our Detail Services (Priced from $39.95 and UP) and on the Left Hand Side (In YELLOW) are our Full Service Washes (Priced from $13.95 to $25.95). Ms [redacted] purchased the $25.95 Deluxe which is a FS wash. The coupon also shows that $2 OFF applies to the Deluxe service and not $5 which the customer was asking for. I am sure there is a misunderstanding here perhaps due to the way our associate explained it to Ms.[redacted] ** who has been a loyal customer patronizing us with this particular vehicle since April, 2012   We regret the misunderstanding and as a way of appreciation, we will send a complimentary $5 pre-paid ticket to Ms [redacted]'s home for choosing us for her family's car wash needs.    We wish Ms. [redacted] and Revdex.com a joyful Memorial Day weekend.

Ms. [redacted] purchased and received an interior SuperClean on her vehicle on the said day and upon completion she walked straight to her vehicle hood and complained about scratches. The employee who worked on the vehicle explained to her that those scratches were pre-existing on...

the vehicle but she would not take it. The Manager also explained this to her but she insisted they happened at the car wash and she was very rude to the employees, I was told. The scratches were not mere swirls but deep scratches they are scattered and as a result very inconsistent with what would happen in a production process as in a car wash. When I met with her yesterday, Ms. [redacted], along with Mr. [redacted] (the man she introduced as her husband) were very aggressive and vulgar, using several curse words repeatedly and very condescending - these were the times she claimed I would walk away because they will not stop shouting vulgarism in my face. Ms. [redacted]'s two front fenders appeared to have been painted recently as they have newer clear coat on them when compared to the hood but when I asked her why her hood pant seem faded while the fenders have more fresher paint on them she did not answer.Finally she requested refund of her money and I  explained to her that since she did not complain about the service which was an interior SuperClean, but rather is talking about an outside scratch I will not be able to refund the cost of the SuperClean she paid for and received. I however offered her a pre-paid ticket to receive a complimentary SuperWorks that she can use but she refused saying she wanted cash only. She left after the husband, Mr. [redacted] took pictures of my vehicle and said some threatening words to me. At no time in our discussions yesterday did she mention her service not being satisfactory nor did she complain about any of the employees. I believe she might be bringing that in now because I said to her that since she didn't complain about the actual inside detail, I will not be able to give her a refund of her payment. I will still like to offer Ms. [redacted] the pre-paid that she can use at our wash in order to keep her as a customer and I hope the husband will not carry out the threat he verbalize when he took a picture of my vehicle.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10602073, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
I notice that they did not send you a copy of the coupon that they are using, which is misleading to the customer.  Upon the customers return is when they will discover they can't use the $5.00 with their purchase. By the time you you have made your selection outside the building with the car wash sales person, then upon paying for it on the inside is when you are told you can't use it. They should not distribute the coupon if they are not going to honor it. Stop deceiving the customer.

Thanks for your email together with the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. We highly regret any situation such as the one here brought by Ms. [redacted]. We are willing to work to make it right where possible.   The incident reported by the customer was immediately investigated on the said day...

and despite the employee's statement that the mat in question was already lose & was not attached to the floor of the car when Ms. [redacted] came to the carwash, Ms. [redacted] refuted the employees statement and all efforts to convince Ms. [redacted] proved abortive.   The clips in themselves are very inexpensive as the customer said in her email and in our continued practice of maintaining great customer service, we will refund the purchase price of the plastic clip to Ms. [redacted] on the presentation of a paid receipt for the clip subject to a maximum of the $19.95 cost of the carwash paid for by the customer.   Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we look forward to resolving this complaint as quickly as possible.   Sincerely:   Peter A[redacted]
