Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Any event, service, product, etc., that is paid for and not delivered twice in a row, cancelled at the last minute, is quite an inconvenience to the customer and is very poor customer service I do not want to set aside another evening to go to an event, because so far, you are for 2, it is a huge inconvenience for me to be cancelled on at the last minute, and I don't want to deal with that inconvenience again I understand that you cannot control whether people cancel, but this is your responsibility to take care of your customers It seems very reasonable to me that any reputable company would provide a full refund for services not delivered twice in a row Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Company appreciates the inconvenience caused to *** ***, We hope *** *** can also appreciate we are simply a conduit for singles to meetWe have absolutely zero control over which events occur and which events do notOur site does state our no refund policy and it is this policy that enables us to be understanding of our datersShould *** *** of had to reschedule last minute - we would of been understanding as not being understanding would not limit or stop daters rescheduling - it would simply create an atmosphere not conducive to datingWe are not your typical event, product or service - we are a matchmaking company where our product is also our clientI am sure if MsKeams needed to reschedule last minute due to an illness, family emergency or work engagement - she would expect and demand we be understanding of herHer fellow daters are no different; A dating company has a choice to either not allow daters to reschedule, regardless of reason and give refunds to those that did not reschedule or simply not allow refunds and allow daters to rescheduleI can assure you the former would upset far more daters and represent a far less reputable companyWe are in our 5th year in Denver and our 9th year nationally having served over 250k daters nationally with the very same policies. Tickets never expire and can be used for any event - at any timeAs well - they may be sold or transferred to a friend or online

I am rejecting this response because:  Any event, service, product, etc., that is paid for and not delivered twice in a row, cancelled at the last minute, is quite an inconvenience to the customer and is very poor customer service.  I do not want to set aside another evening to go to an event, because so far, you are 0 for 2, it is a huge inconvenience for me to be cancelled on at the last minute, and I don't want to deal with that inconvenience again.  I understand that you cannot control whether people cancel, but this is your responsibility to take care of your customers.  It seems very reasonable to me that any reputable company would provide a full refund for services not delivered twice in a row.

Company does appreciate *** *** was unfortunately rescheduled twice at the request of fellow daters. We wish we could control daters and their rescheduling needs - but we regretfully can not. Dating events are not shows or entertainment and should not be regarded as such.Daters who date often can...

attest to how unreliable singles can often be. Many daters reschedule last minute for their date, arrive for dates late or often - not at all. This doesn't change because one signs up for speed dating. We try to be understanding much as we would be for *** *** should the need arise and our daters expect and demand each other be as well.Company has offered events in the Denver area for close to 5 years with 3-4 events a month. While we do not offer refunds; *** *** ticket never expires and can be used for any event - at any time. As well - *** *** may pass along her ticket to a friend or online.
