The employee has been
instructed to release the title to the customer’s mother, [redacted]
based on the letter and General Power of Attorney we have received from the
customer regarding her account.  Speedee
Cash informed Ms. [redacted] that her grandmother could come to the office and get
the title but she never did.  We are in
the process of trying to contact Ms. [redacted] regarding the title.

I have a title loan with this company and my payment was due on May 27 2015. I have received non stop calls a call was even made on June 3 2015 to someone that was not me a different gender and the nature of the call was revealed my privacy at that point had been violated. June 8 2015 I have received 3 calls two of the calls were back to back 3:53 and 3:58 as well as voicemails being left on my phone. This is very unprofessional and has caused me to be very distrubed about this whole situation. The employees are calling to collect. At no time did we find evidence of the employees disclosing information to anyone other than the customer. The customer's record does show that there were two calls made within 5 minutes of each other, there were not messages left both times. The second call was made due to the 1st call being disconnected before a message could be left. Speedee Cash has contacted the customer regarding this situation.A balance is owed on this account and has been delinquent since May. Speedee Cash has temporarily ceased collection calls in an effort to come to an arrangement with the customer however none has been made. It is our hope that the customer will contact us to make arrangements to get this account caught up. If we have not heard from her by July 15th we will resume normal collections activities.Sincerely,[redacted]Director of Auditing & Public Relations. The fdcpa and consumer protection laws are put into place for a reason. The attorney General as well as my attorney Will be taken over from here.
