Please be advised Performance Ford issued a check in the amount of $267.43. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunications and lack of attention to *** *** concerns. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. This situation has been
addressed with all parties involved at the dealership

I am rejecting this response because:the dealership failed to respond to us in a timely manner We made dozens of phone calls each day to follow up, only for no one to ever get back to us There was no communication on the dealerships end The dealer suggested we do not drive the car until we receive the plates We lost a week of business due to negligence on behalf of the dealer to get us permanent plates and registration in a timely manner

Please be advised the General Manager, *** ***, has spoken to Ms*** regarding this complaint. Ms*** is in the process of renewing her driver's license. Unfortunately the *** ** *** will not process the paperwork until this is complete.The bank would only
approve the loan if the names appeared as is. Mr*** offered to call the bank to see if the names could be changed however Ms*** said she was fine with the financing because the co-buyer would still get credit for being on the loan.Mr*** also apologized for the receptionist being rude. He explained that we value our customers and their opinions and no one should be spoken to in a rude fashion.Ms*** was given Mr*** cell phone number so that she could contact at him at any time

Please be advised the customer received a 20 day out of state temporary tag when he purchased the vehicle. The NJ Motor Vehicle Commission does not allow a dealership to issue a second out of state temporary. The New York Division of Motor Vehicle requested proof of his...

corporation since he is titling and registering in the company name. The dealership did not receive the documentation from the customer until Monday March 7th.  We immediately sent it to the agency to process.  The plates were received today from the State of NY and will be sent via UPS overnight delivery to the customer.The dealership was not negligent in any fashion with this transaction.

Please be advised we have contacted the customer and the local dealership.  Performance Ford Lincoln will pay the dealership for the repairs as per the original agreement.  We apologize for any inconvenience [redacted] encountered as a result of the miscommunications on our part.
