I took my Car in to have a Water Pump an Radiator Replaced. I was able to drive my car there just fine, but once they made the so called repairs, I was only able to drive my car about 15min's from there Shop. Tried calling to informed them of what happened an to see if they would have my car towed back to them 3hrs after going back an fourth waiting on the General Manager to return my calls an texts. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the Towed back! The Radiator wasn't repaired correctly nor the water pump. After been giving the run around they wanted to send my car to Midas to look at The General Manager has given the run arounds he also has lied to me several times, rude, an I have ask to speak to his Boss *** He told me his Boss said He deal with it an Didn't want to talk to me! I have emailed corporate 2 or 3xs since this happened on 9/25/18 an I have to yet all the problems resolved of yet! I'm beyond disappointed in the Customer Service I have been given! Its that as long as they got your money they don't care about anything else.

Refund I have tried to work with them about the repairs being done, but this point I don't Trust them to work on my Car. I feel I need to have money given back not only for the faulty repairs an for me paying out of pocket to have my car towed back to them
