Speed'eez Sports Grill

Review: On 8th or 9th July 2014 we decided to eat at this business. It was not busy or full of customers. We had to seat ourselves and no staff member greeted us. A couple came in just after use and was seated behind us. The table was dirty and was not wiped off by the staff member when she came over. The table behind us got their food before us and when the staff member was asked about this, no real answer was given to us.Our food order came out wrong and the one sandwich had tomato on it and it had been ordered without it. As tomato causes an allergic reaction to one of the guests. The staff member presented the orginal check with those instructions on it, but did not provide an apology just took it back. The sandwich came right back out and was still wrong because it was missing onion which was on the orginal slip. At this time the item was removed from the orginal guest check, but not apology or corrective actions was offered.When asked to provide a copy of the guest slip a altered slip was provided and it did not match the orginal sale slip. One does not alter a sales slip that a guest requests.The manager was asked to call back and explained why this all happened. 4 calls never returned. On the last call it was explained that he had done something, but he did not need to call me.Desired Settlement: The Manager must contact me and explained in detail why both he and his staff failed in providing good corrective action and followup. I work in this industry and my actions would not have been his.
