Review: Telephone order for two magazines Jan*-2016. Charged my acct. Never sent item. Contacted same sales rep who says they do not cover item, should not have taken order initially. Guaranteed credit back to Visa acct TWICE. Today, 2/**/16--still NO credit to my acct. No promised call-back or email. Vendor has the money, I, the buyer has no refund or product.

MADE 3 ATTEMPTS to resolve, the 'check in the mail' story is seemingly a scam on the part of SPEEDIMPEX.Desired Settlement: Refund of funds since I never received item and Speedimpex promised "immediate" refund over this long period.

Review: We used SpeedImpex for processing many orders on behalf of our customers over a period of 2-3 years. However they have failed to deliver on numerous orders, have failed to respond to inquiries about delivery; have failed to respond to requests for refunds. After multiple contacts by phone and email no progress on resolution has been made. There are multiple invoices involved. We provided all information to SpeedImpex previously. Our customers on whose behalf the orders were made also contacted SpeedImpex previously without success - we have written communication to support this. Most of the time they received no replies to emails or voicemails that they left with SpeedImpex.

We tried to resolve this issue by contacting SpeedImpex ([redacted]; CEO, [redacted]). After 3 months of delays, they offered to refund less than 15% of what they owe us. We have written correspondence to support this.Desired Settlement: Refund of the owed amount, at least $8,245.97.

Previously they stated that they attempted to 'settle' refund by telling us that they are willing to refund over $1,000 plus 'a $400" bonus but it has been more than a month and they have not send the check (even though it is only a fraction of the actual refund they owe).

This is what they send me on April **, 2014 but no follow up or replies since despite my emails to them:

The combined total is $1,389.50. We understand that it is less than what you have claimed, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to find any other payment received from Acclaim subscribers not fulfilled and as long as you can’t help us in finding such missing evidences, we cannot take on more responsibility blindly.We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused, whatever the true extent thereof but we are sure that you can understand our position. In our investigations we ascertained that some of your emails were left unanswered, which shouldn’t have occurred, and we would like to recognize this failure on our part by acknowledging to you $400 on top of the amount above as a concrete sign of our apologies.

In another email in March they wrote the following:

I am really sorry for the delay. Believe me, I want to have this resolved as much as you do. We are spending a great deal of time going through all your records. Our [redacted], [redacted], was out for more than a month visiting our branch in Australia and returned last week. This matter is pending a final review by him.
