Their customer service representative named Alison was rude and mean because I kept calling to inquire about the status of the shuttle. I called 5 times to get status because driver was not showing up at the reserved time of 5:30. The last call I had with Alison she said that the address was incorrect in their system and that they did not see any notes of me calling that morning to change the address and time for pick up. She also said that the driver would arrive within 5 minutes. The driver finally arrived at 6:30 pm. He rudely asked me what my last name was . I told him my last name he said are you the one that missed the pick up of another location and I said no. On top of their terrible service and making me late for my 8 pm flight out of Honolulu airport I found out their seatbelt a don't lock or work. The stress from this business was unneeded.
Very rude and sarcastic lady that answered the phone, my luggage was turned over to speedishuttle at 9:30 pm and was to be delivered to my hotel at midnight, then that was bumped to 3am per online info. At 5 am I still have my bag and the office on Maui is closed. Oahu office said they have no record of my luggage and I would have to call back at 7 am to the maui office. My bag was picked up by a driver yet no one can trace down the driver, no contacts numbers. The woman told they deliver late night to hotels and later the next day residential, I told her I was at a hotel less than 45 miles from the airport. Unbelievable that they have NO contact information for drivers and that they could not even find anything in the computer system. The lady first hung up on me then said hold on after her sarcasm and sent me to another woman that was just as unprofessional, Ryde and sarcastic as her.
