This business does not follow costumer order and their billing approval allow them to recharge for the product if they failed deliver order properly.The business has printed the poster I ordered horizontally instead of vertically after the project manager did approve that its an A frame vertical sign,not horizontal.However they printed horizontal and they want me to pay for it when it doesn't fit into the A frame she approved.The product details are :A frame insert,[redacted]On the billing quote # [redacted] ,date 09/22/2014.Their billing approval doesn't say beside the measurments the width or the hight of the product.But since she saw the sign for me it was approval she make the sign based on what she saw.Wich 22"inch width and 28" inch high.Well they printed 22 inch high and 28 inch width wich doesn't fit into my A frame.I payed $60 with my business debit card and now they want me to pay extra $44.Billing info on it:Quote #[redacted] on 10/08/2014 .Product info:[redacted]Desired SettlementI only would like a refund for the product I payed for but didn't get delivered by my order.Business Response Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]Speedpro Imaging RDU makes every effort to deliver products as the customer orders them. The client did show our representative a web page with the Sign Frame in question to determine the correct material for the posters. The customer specified dimensions of 28"x22". Industry standard interpretation for measurements is width then height. We did a layout of the signs and sent an electronic proof that clearly showed the layout as 28x22, horizontal. Had the client pointed out that her sign, which we had never seen, required a vertical poster, we would have corrected the poster prior to printing. She had the opportunity to resolve the issue prior to printing. The client's response after checking the proof was sent via e-mail on 9-29-2014 is below:"ALL PERRRFFFECT!!!!!Thank you soooo much !!!! I couldn't have come up with anything like this .LOVE THEM!!!! Thank you thank you thank you !!!!! Please let me know how much do I need to pay .Thank you so much [redacted] !!! Let me know when is good time for you to stop by so I can pay and pick it up.Can't wait to use them !!"Based on this enthusiastic approval, we printed the posters exactly to the proof showed and she was dissatisfied. As a kind gesture, we redid the layout at no cost and reprinted at 50% off the standard price. The price of the 2 replacement banners was $25 plus NC Sales tax, not the $44 she claims. The client had approved these charges via e-mail on 10-9-2014. We have all of the e-mail correspondence on file.
