Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 15, 2014/11/04) */ Hello, I have just received a letter in regards to this case against my company SpeedrivenCase# XXXXXXXX I have only received one letter dated Oct I have emails from Mr [redacted] stating he had received the product and wanted changes madeSo to state that he has received nothing for months is a lieI can also provide tracking info for a revised part he recently receivedAt this point he has TWO products of mine in his possessionHe is supposed to send the first unit back for which I am waiting for You can respond to me at ***@speedriven.com or [redacted] @speedriven.com I have no issue escalating this to my attorney as I have proof both in tracking info from UPS and emails from Mr [redacted] where in detail he states that he has a highly modified vehicle and changes require to be made for the product to fit and the unit he RECIEVED would need alterationsAt which I agreed that we would send him another unit for exchange Marcin Speedriven Inc Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 17, 2014/11/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Issue was as stated paid for a custom sized one for my car not the regular one they makeI was sent a probuct but not what I paid for so I intern never recieved what I paid for till two days agoFirst unit was wrong one that was ment to be sent to someone else! I also have emails stating that one sent was not the one I paid forCompany also stated for my trouble of this being wrong unit sent I would receive a complete pulley kit for my car and now being told will get after I return his first product that was wrong sentNow waiting again on company to send return lable to ship first unit back! And as for car modifications the car is but the original sale was for a custom product not the one sentI have phone history and every email recieved and sent to show the lack of communication from speedrivenIf attorneys get involed all emails will be shown and phone recordsAdvise to own up to a mistakeAnyway got correct product but no pulleys as promissedAnd again waiting on return lable for shipping

changes made. So to state that he has received nothing for 7 months is a lie. I can also provide tracking info for a revised part he recently received. At this point he has TWO products of mine in his possession. He is supposed to send the first unit back for which I am waiting for.
