We are sorry that the customer feels that she was mislead by our ad We have had no other complaints or problems with the ad We went out to the customer's residence and actually performed a leak test on the air handler & condensing unit and checked refrigerant level This was not a estimate We will change her invoice to $which is our service charge for going to anyone's residence Thank You, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I agreed to pay the past due balance which is but iam not paying for a service call when unit was not checked properly and thats a lie as far as the whether was bad because I have a witness that can show on camera where the owner mr [redacted] followed me to my storage unit to look at another unit that we had and we stood outside for about min and our friend recomended [redacted] heating and air to us so thats a lie about a friend fixed the unit and I also have a receipt where I payed for the unit to be fixed the very next morning and yes I did a stop payment on check what person wouldnt have when a person come to do work for you and you trust them then they do something very very dishonest to you but one thing about the situation god is sitting high and looking down low so when he recieves his pay back through our god I hope he thinks about how he treated me before he does anyone else that way because I didnt deserve that and I was treated very very unfairly and also anyone who chooses to tell a lie instead of addmitting there wrong really needs prayer because the first lie was the weather was bad lie number two was that a friend fix the unit so if you rather lie then god needs to work on you as a person but trust me mr [redacted] will get his pay back through christ himself no iam not satisfied with the response but I will let my god handle that and trust me its not no telling how many people he have done like that or plan to do like that

This letter is in response to complaint # ***. The customer did not come in and pay her past due amount of $but requested that we come out & look @ her unit. Which we did and it was bad weather on that day. We did apologize to the customer. Our service call fee is $just to go to a residence. The customer cancelled her check and did not pay the current balance or past due balance. As far as checking her unit our tech did check & did see that it was the compressor that was not working. The customer stated that the person that came back to check her unit was a friend. We worked with the customer to make payments on past due amount. If we were dishonest I don’t think that we would have worked with her. And the past due balance has still not been paid
