After submitting a copy of the product purchase receipt with product description, they changed their response to:
"As we mentioned before, your plan does have 3GB of LTE data, we do not see any issue on your data service
and you should be able to serf the internet. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund
My data is still throttled. The Speedtest measured data speed is 0.1 to 0.2 Mbps. So, Speedtalk cannot even deliver the product at their own specified specification. The customer service is pure garbage. I am uploading the speedtalk ticket transcript for ticket #608180.
I have used Speedtalk since 03/04/2018. I started with the $9.00 plan and 5 days later needed to upgrade to the $35.00 plan. During the upgrade on the website, I somehow ended up renewing the barely used $9.00 plan I already had. I needed my phone and called them to straighten the issue out and they refused to refund the second $9.00 because I used my phone with their service to call them. They said no refund because I used the second $9.00 already. Did not even use up the first $9.00 from 5 days earlier. I upgraded on the same day to the higher plan. Turns out I do not need it and I tried to speak with customer service today only to be constantly apologized to for the inconvenience when I tried to downgrade. He would not say outright that the $35.00 has been processed already just that they had it. I kept asking him to clarify and got no where good. Because I had it on auto pay I may or may not be refunded the money from doing a downgrade before the 30 day usage is up. Grant it I called on the day before it was due and they apparently deduct money early than on the day it's due. Customer service gave me conflicting information and no matter how I tried to clarify it with him I was not able to understand. I was told sorry many times. I could not get the same statement for clarity from any service person here. This and that, this AND that. It conflicted. I asked for the manager and told no manager available. Ten minutes later service guy asks if I want to speak to his Supervisor. WHAT? I said manager instead of Supervisor...Supervisor was not any more help than his coworker. Same statements, same conflicting messages regarding my account and payment processing. I am very disappointed in the lack of understanding of how their website is written and how it created confusion for me along with the circular statements from "customer service". Taking bets that I will be out extra money along with service I do not want or need and requested to be straightened out. Forty five minutes on the phone for this "help". Be very careful if you decide to use Speedtalk. Make zero mistakes and expect zero refunds if a mistake ( your fault or their lack of clarity for you) happens.
When virtually 100% of the support comes from Philippines... what do you expect. They don't inform customers and don't adequately train support agents.
I just received a call from Speedtalk saying I will be refunded all monies expected and have the service plan requested. I wrote the review because I had already tried being refunded a month ago and heard more of the same today. Well, this is not the case any longer. They were quick today to take care if this problem to a fair summary. Thank you Speedtalk.
About 6 months ago I purchased a sim card from this company to place in a GPS tracking device... 3 days later the device was lost...
I've been trying to cancel my monthly automatic payment from them since.. When I call customer service they tell me I need the # of them sim which I can't remember since I had it only 3 days. She tells me she can't use my name, address, or email... Nothing
So here I am about 7 months later still paying for a service I don't have...

You would need to contact SpeedTalk customer support at https://www.speedtalkmobile.com/contactUs and provide the last 4-digits of your credit card along with the date of the charge and they will definitely help you. SpeedTalk 30-day plan is subscription plan and you would need to cancel the auto-renewal so it will not auto renew each month, its as simple as that!
Review: Complaint taken via phone by Revdex.com staff (ES): The consumer has phone service with this company - as part of the service he pays $30 a month for unlimited talk and text. The consumer states that the customer service is very poor. For the past three days, the consumer has been unable to send text messages. Call blocking is enabled and the consumer did not request this. The company told them it is a temporary problem and will be fixed but it has not been fixed. When the consumer calls the company's customer service line, the consumer hears a recording and is not able to talk to a live person.Desired Settlement: Fix the service.
