They have always been very helpful to me in fullfilling my needs and requests. Once my order is placed the material arrives quickly and we have never had any issues with them. I would recommend them to anyone ever in need of straps, etc.

Great customer service. I ordered a roll of straping but received the wrong size. One call the the correct product was shipped. Nice to see good support.

Terrible Customer Service. I called to give them a 2nd chance and they hung up the phone on me.
Here is what they failed to do:
1. made a mistake on your site on the size required for design
2. your employee didn't acknowledge the mistake when I spoke to her on the phone
3. didn't inform me what the correct size actually was
4. Won't offer me a proof
5. won't guarantee I will be happy when I receive the product
and now the kicker - you are crediting my card and dropping me as a client.
entire process was a #Fail.

I am a custom cabinet installer and found this company while doing research on Velcro straps that I needed to customize my install trailer. When I contacted the company to answer a couple questions they where quick to get back with me and when I got my order everything was exactly what I wanted. They have a wide variety of straps that I could not find at the local hardware Depot.

I am a hobbyist and needed a particular (and somewhat unique) set of dimensions and options for my hook and loop straps. I spoke with [redacted] via the online chat feature offered by their website and he offered to send me an email with options closely matching what I needed.

After exchanging a few emails, [redacted] offered to have what I needed custom made and the price for that customization was more than reasonable.

My experience working with Speedtech has been easy, personal, and a pleasure. I cannot recommend them highly enough from the point of view of their customer service provided to me during my ordering process.
