He ensured me they would be extra careful this time, although the couch sustained many more damage

During my move on 2/6/one of the movers damaged a door at my old apartment when he dropped a cabinetMy cabinet also had some damage to the cornerI emailed the company and the owner when it happenedI received no responseI called the owner, he said he knew nothing about it even though it is noted on the receipt for the move
They moved us from Phoenix to New River and I thought they did a great job, until I unwrapped my brand new $3K refrigerator and noticed there were dings and a large crease on the front of it We called Donation Movers within - minutes after their movers left to report the issue on June 19, I have tried to call Donation Movers several more times and have sent a few e-mails to the owner and no response on how they plan on fixing my refrigerator They were happy to take my $dollars, but will not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call to discuss this issue Shady company
Hired this company to move a bdrm home across the valley and because they would donate unused itemFirst the move went late into the evening and not only were they not able to fit everything into their trailer, they even promised to come back the next day to move the rest of the itemsLet me tell you not only did they not come back like they promised the next day, but Paul confirmed they would at least come get the items to be donated and not only did not ever show up or even callTHE WHOLE REASON WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY WAS TO HELP DONATE ITEMS AND TO COMPLETE A MOVE! As a single mom you hire a company and pay good money to finish the move, not do it half wayBecause this company did not fulfill what they promised I was charged fees
because those large items were left in the home, had to rent a UHaul truck and try to move other items myself Tried to call Paul multiples times, left messages and even emails and nothingI would highly not recommend using this companyBeen a horrible, expensive, time consuming process, missing items and they even tore my mattress coverWill be following up with the Revdex.com to file a formal complaint!!
