I am rejecting this response because:Michael, especially in the below statement is being ridiculousIf indeed I disturbed anyone the Sheriff would have found cause to cite or arrest me."We had to call the police on the customer because the customer tried to disturb other customers who were here first, we tried to let him know not to disturb others, and he would not stopOther customers felt uncomfortable and started to leave, We had called the police for assistance to stop him from disturbing other customers, and for safety reason for the business environment."I am of the opinion he was driven by racial bias in his decision to call the police on meAs a matter of fact he started off by threatening me with his "brother" who is reportedly a police officer in Lynnwood and then went further to inform me he had a brother who was a judgeI take offense at Michael's claim that I created a sceneHe has CCTV in his office, I challenge him to show events of that day where I created a sceneAlso I'd like him to produce a single customer I disturbed considering these events happened after PM when he was closing and I was the last customer

I am rejecting this response because:The shop's response does not address how he treated meWhere I buy parts for my vehicle has not got anything to do with my complaintMichael became ridiculous, racist (his reason for calling the police - his wife tried to tell the sheriff "I am scared") and violent just because I could not understand why a car I brought in with a driveshaft issue was running rough after he had done repairs on it.As for the Volkswagen I don't even feel good talking about it, the guy totally damaged it; all he was supposed to do is service and clean the engine now the car cannot run yet it was running fine; I have a feeling the guy swapped my engine for a faulty one

As we have discussed before, we have told you the very true situation. Customer had refused to service , and he brought in his own parts. Customer ordered the wrong parts, it took more than a week to reorder the correct parts, we put those parts into the car for him. When he picked up his vehicle, the vehicle had no problem, no checking lights were on, the vehicle ran normally. But the day after we release the vehicle to the customer, the check engine light turned on. The service we provided to the customer has nothing to do with his engine. We completed computer check, engine misfire have nothing to do with the service we did the day before. All we did was replace the drive line that the customer provided us. If customer wants to service for the check engine light, he has to pay for the service, but he refused. He had insisted us to take care of his car's problems free of charge. He also interrupted profession office staff multiple times when she tried to explain to him. We had to call the police on the customer because the customer tried to disturb other customers who were here first, we tried to let him know not to disturb others, and he would not stop. Other customers felt uncomfortable and started to leave, We had called the police for assistance to stop him from disturbing other customers, and for safety reason for the business environment. As for the 72 Volkswagen, we explained to the customer that it is an old car, and there are many issues with it. It need a tune up so that maybe it may run better, we did the tune up, unfortunately, the tune up did not work. We refunded the customer in full. We had wasted valuable time that we could have helped other customers. He is making false accusation that is totally not true, what he did is not dignity and integrity. Sincerely, Michael N.
