please note November emails they have responded with her regarding another plan call the Fairchild # which I did not pickit is not regarding the plan we are discussing and that this complaint is aboutbut I will add that at no where on their website does it say that a customer must have communication with their builder and must have basic knowledge of drawings that may be presented in order to place a custom order They are responding saying that I have seen the plans while it was being produced where is I have no knowledge of building drawingsAnd that is why it was not until on January 29th when we actually have vin person meeting with our builder were we told the plan we purchased could not be used because of Don Gardner produced a > feet 20" width which causing encroachment due to the brick foundation covering Don Gardner Architects have again not emailed me for written purposes for any reconciliation methods I am not experienced enough to talk by phone They only made one phone call as described before on 1/ I am a doctor and their analogy is like me giving a patient anlab results on paper without explanation Then months later when a patient comes back and complain about the lab I produce a similar answer as Don Gardner does saying """"""I gave you the lab papers No Don Gardner as experts in their field and in business with the **public needs check out list since they deal with laypeople to make sure each step is understood That all drawings have initials or explanations along the way describing the abnormalities or what the drawings meansSo their answer about me viewing this all along does not make sense Iam a lay person when it comes to this type of building terminology drawings Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] Regards, J [redacted] S [redacted]

We are behind schedule on building Interest rates are rising We still have not come up with a viable option for covering the foundation I do not want to go to decrease the interior of the house another inches which is just about like foot because then those rooms would be almost unlivable and very narrow from Side to side.***Plus even to do that I would have to spend $$$ more money to hire an expensive local Local architect to revise the plan to take foot out the 10” width of house even though I paid Don gardener almost $to produce a correct ft wide house plan initially I’ve been looking at on the Internet for other feet wide plans and there is another website as big as Don Gardner called [redacted] *** ( [redacted] )And their modification form includes not only interior changes But they also have a big box that says what exterior changes do you want this house to be This is lacking on the Don gardener website and they summary /modifications are derived from my emails The modification that I signed on November does not even mention/refer to exterior changes So I signed an incomplete deficient under standard modification request THAT INCLUDED internal changes only and gave them over $3, This type of modification request that Don gardener uses and had me sign on November should be revised Mistake should not be made like this to any customer again In the beginning what I want it on my house and how wide it needed to be feet wide brick adds .05” for each side and that is where this extra inches comes inI want to remind everyone that on about December I asked T [redacted] H [redacted] for a rough diagram again to take down to the city of [redacted] which I think would have prevented the problem we are in today she refused Johnathan Herman has a license T [redacted] H [redacted] does not

I responded yesterday to emails Don Gardner provided and my computer said they were transmitted to your site But today you respond for clarification exactly what do you mean ? Do you want me to send a copy of the house plans to you ? If so I can do that but I need to know

If you can note the final modification Nov th did reduce the house plan down to feet wide but Don Gardner Architects did not mention at that time that they would at the final modification need to add extra width in order to cover foundation concrete with brick I just trusted that the total width would be feet wide so I signed off on the modifications since they knew the width I needed ***Please note that the first Revdex.com response from Don Gardner by J [redacted] H [redacted] indirectly acknowledges that the house drawing is incorrect too wide (as I alledge) with brick being shown on foundation Note that he says they offered to work with me on the first of February Problem is they did not offer anything as when I returned his call and knew his name for first time on the 31st of January he offered nothingBut in the Revdex.com initial response he is claiming he has ? The Nov th modification agreement is deficient for both parties it doesn't clearly mention exterior and doesn't acknowledge verbal conversations about width x length It doesn't state that they have option to make house up to one foot wider or deeper depending on exterior covering Also the modification request of Nov th is technically incorrect anyway because multiple emails between myself and then changed some of those items after it was signed without initials or final list of modifications I signed I just noticed that the Holly Fern on the Internet does not show brick covering foundation so I think the fact that all initial drawings sent to me showed brick and it was included in the final plan sent to me explains Don Gardners mistake in increasing the width ***greater than feetImpt ** So even if they assumed I would take the plan minus modification request changes as shown on the Internet then why did they show brick foundation at end?? Because THummel knew I wanted brick covering for my foundationAll drawings she sent show brick at foundation I will ask for full refund

The drawings house plan produced by Donald Gardner are not as I directed when signing the agreement They did not take into consideration originally nor obtain from me verbal or in writing what exterior product we desired to be utilized Don Gardner architects assumed we would settle for siding In the last step when I advised her about brick at foundation the house width was feet the maximum Don Gardner shows brick at stem wall foundation because it has to be covered with something This brick covering makes the house width more than ft wide infact as it stands with "brick for foundation " the house plan produced by Don Gardner Architect would be ft 10" Summary [redacted] Fact ***Don Gardner should have produced a ft stem wall width of the house because this would allowed for the brick ***We have NOT changed foundation plan on January 30th that is Not Truth ! We advised Don Gardner that we would build slab to about 28" we more exposure and need for brick covering and that is why the plan they produced will not work We never wanted another type of foundation It is legal customary to build up slabs to 30" not all slabs are on ground I told T [redacted] H [redacted] thst my builder said the only way we could build the current Don Gardner plan we paid for $5,was to change to a commercial foundation but I told the builder Noway This is when I emailed Don Gardner Architect about the wrong width of the plan they produced We then asked for refund or another stock plan that was 49ft or less without and they refused J [redacted] H [redacted] called me on 1/31/only to say what they did was correct We have spent lots of money >$5,and Don Gardner Architects have mean customer service and would not respond to emails I have never seen such customer service My builder has Bachelors Degree in Construction Technology was President Of Local Builders Association and a major local Commercial Atchitect firm has looked at the plan with the summary I have given above Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] Regards, J [redacted] S [redacted]

I have attached a few emails, labeled S*** between the parties dating back to August We have responded to emails from J*** S*J*** has been very well informed throughout the modification process

I have sent emails directly to Revdex.com as I could not figure out how to forward a saved email to documents to be attached above

The modifications for J*** S*** were completed precisely per her November 7, signed agreementAll of her requested changes were made and she was contacted throughout the processHer completed final drawings were delivered on December 22, On January 30, she contacted us to say her and her builder had decided that they wanted a different foundation than was part of the original agreementWe offered to work with her and her builder to change the drawings to accommodate this new request, but This original email with her agreement is attached From: *** [mailto:***] Sent: Tuesday, November 07, 10:PM To: *** *** Subject: Fwd: DGSigned agreement I will call in the morning and give Customer Service the down payment Sent from AOL Mobile Mail -----Original Message----- From: *** To: *** Sent: Tue, Nov 7, 09:PM Subject: DG she refusedThe drawings that J*** S*** has are drawn as agreed upon per our November 7, signed agreement

The drawings J*** S*** received contained all modifications requested in the FINAL LIST OF MODIFICATIONS included with the MODIFICATION AGREEMENT signed by J*** S*** on November 7, The house size is exactly as requested and all typical foundation needs were met or exceededOnly after completion of work and delivery of final drawings did J*** S*** request a non-standard foundation changeWe offered to make the drawing changes necessary to accommodate her new request, but she refusedAll work originally requested and agreed upon by J*** S*** is complete and included in the final drawings providedThe house is fully constructible as drawnIn addition J*** S*** received drawings showing the foundation prior to completion and final payment, but did not request any change or note any difference neededJ*** S*** was contacted throughout the modification process through phone and email, but never requested the changes she now states are missingOur agreement specifically states “Any additional modifications we are asked to do, not noted within this Modification Agreement, will be attached by amendment to this agreement and become a part of this agreementYou are responsible for complying with local building codes, including making the necessary modifications to meet your local building codes.” J*** S*** never requested amendments to the agreement or informed anyone of any local needs that would vary from the typical drawings she had previously seenWe have been and are more than willing to help J*** S***, but she refuses to cooperate or provide necessary informationAll services agreed upon have been fully completed. J*** S*** agreed to the terms and provisions of the License Agreement and Modification Agreement and agreed to the Final List of Modifications dated, November 7, All Agreements were executed by J*** S*** dated, November 7,

please note November 2 emails they have responded with her regarding another plan call the Fairchild #1150  which I did not pick. it is not regarding the plan we are discussing and that this complaint is about. but I will add that at no where on their website does it say that a customer must have communication with their builder and must have basic knowledge of drawings that may be presented in order to place a custom order.   They are responding saying that I have seen the plans while it was being produced where is I have no knowledge of building drawings. And that is why it was not until on January 29th when we actually have vin person meeting with our builder were we told the plan we purchased could not be used because of  Don Gardner produced a > 50 feet 20"  width  which causing encroachment due to the brick foundation covering.   Don Gardner Architects have again not emailed me for written purposes for any reconciliation methods   I am not experienced enough to talk by phone.   They only made one phone call as described before on 1/31.  I am a doctor and their analogy is like me giving a patient annormal lab results on paper without explanation .   Then months later when a patient comes back and complain about the lab  I produce a similar answer as Don Gardner does saying """"""I gave you the lab papers .    No Don Gardner as experts in their field and in business with the **public needs  check out list since they deal with laypeople to make sure each step is understood.   That all drawings have initials or explanations  along the way describing the abnormalities or what the drawings means. So their answer about me viewing this all along does not make sense Iam a lay person when it comes to this type of building terminology drawings .   Revdex.com:

Revdex.com:rejecting the offer because I have a expensive plan thru drew too wide and I can't use in the 50 x 105 lot
What they have responded to the extra emails in August SEPt 2017 and emails in 2010 have absolutely nothing do support their rebuttal about why I'm left with a house 50 feet 8" wide and not 50feet wide at the Foundation. It has nothing proven to explain the brick around the foundation which adds extra width greater than 50 feet wide. I have already contacted the South Carolina Architect licensing Burea and will now proceed against Mr J[redacted] and also will proceed legally. If you the Revdex.com read the new emails there is absolutely nothing to explain why T. H[redacted] designed a wider than agreed upon house design for >$5,700. All information plus legal will be forwarded to American Express.

The drawings J[redacted] received contained all modifications requested in the FINAL LIST OF MODIFICATIONS included with the MODIFICATION AGREEMENT signed by J[redacted] on November 7, 2017. The house size is exactly as requested and all typical foundation needs were met or exceeded. Only after...

completion of work and delivery of final drawings did J[redacted] request a non-standard foundation change. We offered to make the drawing changes necessary to accommodate her new request, but she refused. All work originally requested and agreed upon by J[redacted] is complete and included in the final drawings provided. The house is fully constructible as drawn. In addition J[redacted] received drawings showing the foundation prior to completion and final payment, but did not request any change or note any difference needed. J[redacted] was contacted throughout the modification process through phone and email, but never requested the changes she now states are missing. Our agreement specifically states “Any additional modifications we are asked to do, not noted within this Modification Agreement, will be attached by amendment to this agreement and become a part of this agreement. You are responsible for complying with local building codes, including making the necessary modifications to meet your local building codes.” J[redacted] never requested amendments to the agreement or informed anyone of any local needs that would vary from the typical drawings she had previously seen. We have been and are more than willing to help J[redacted] Snelling, but she refuses to cooperate or provide necessary information. All services agreed upon have been fully completed.  Best regards,  C[redacted] T. V[redacted]Operations ManagerDonald A. We are behind schedule on building.  Interest rates are rising.   We still have not come up with a viable option for covering the foundation.   I do not want to go to decrease the interior of the house another 10 inches which is just about like 1 foot because then those rooms would be almost unlivable and very narrow from Side to side.[redacted]Plus even to do that I would have to spend $$$ more money to hire an expensive local Local architect to  revise the plan  to take 1 foot out the 10” width of house  even though I paid Don gardener almost $6000 to produce a correct 50 ft wide house plan initially.   I’ve been looking at on the Internet for other 49 feet wide plans and there is another website as big as Don Gardner called [redacted] ([redacted])And their modification form includes not only interior changes But they also have a big box that says what exterior changes do you want this house to be.  This is lacking on the Don gardener website and they summary /modifications are derived  from my emails  .   The modification that I signed on November 7 does not even mention/refer to exterior changes.   So I signed an incomplete deficient under standard  modification request THAT INCLUDED internal changes only  and gave them over $3,000.   This type of modification request that Don gardener uses and had me sign on November 7 should be revised.    Mistake should not be made like this to any customer again .  In the beginning what I want it on my house and how wide it needed to be 50 feet wide brick adds .05” for each side  and that is where this extra 10 inches comes in. I want to remind everyone that on about December 10 I asked T[redacted] H[redacted] for a rough diagram again to take down to the city of [redacted] which I think would have prevented the problem we are in today she refused.  Johnathan Herman has a license T[redacted] H[redacted] does not
