I am rejecting this response because:The "Early Bird" keybox drop off was only valid from the time my vehicle was left overnight on the lot to the time one of the Speedway mechanics had possession of my keys and entered my vehicle I spoke to an employee the next and they said they had my car and asked to keep it another dayMy car was stolen the next day after thatAlso due to the police report and the insurnace information they gave me this does not exclude them from resposiblity of what happene to my car after they've had it for two days. 02.13.2016Speedway has worked with *** technical support and preformed extensive diagnostics on the vehicle and found no malfunctions in the heated seat system. I request the Revdex.com to mark this case as "Information Only" because the dealership has made every effort to repair the problem. The fact that the problem is intermittent in nature is not a reflection on the quality of our Service operations.*** ***

Our salesperson worked with Mr*** on the phone and showed him that in all of our advertising it is disclosed that the price is after a $1,discount for financing through Speedway Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Mr*** refused to pay the additional amount. After our
salesperson discussed the issue with his manager it was agreed to reduce the price by $1,000. Mr*** agreed to purchase the vehicle but requested we pick him up since he had no way to get to the dealership. Speedway sent a driver who waited for two hours but could not find Mr***.Mr*** didn't explain why he didn't meet our driver as agreed and has not responded to any of our calls. We have removed him from our follow up system and we will make no further effort to contact him.*** ***Speedway Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] arranged another service appointment for Tuesday Feb. 9. This does not change two things: the dealership still has not responded to me directly to address complaints and the fact at they admitted the seats were faulty yet would not correct the issue. The fact that the problem is intermittent is irrelevant.

On November 1, 2016 Mr. [redacted] dropped off his vehicle using our “Key Drop Box” and signed the envelope.  The envelope includes this disclaimer:  “You (Speedway) will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or...

any other cause beyond our control.” By storing the vehicle in a fenced, locked and lighted area we exercised prudent care of the vehicle. We do feel bad that the vehicle was stolen while in our care and are willing to cover Mr. [redacted]’s insurance deductible up to $500. By accepting this offer we would be released from any future claims for this incident.

02.05.2016This issue is intermittent in nature and to date we have been unable to experience the problem.  We have contacted [redacted] regarding this issue and they have confirmed that we are not to complete any repairs until we are able to experience the problem and complete a diagnosis to identify...
