Hello,Customer called us expressing her concern that her vehicle did not start a few days after servicing it. It was explained to the customer that an engine oil/filter service was performed and spark plugs were replaced at customer's request. Her copy of the invoice states that she requested us to...

replace the spark plugs and perform an engine oil/filter service. I advised the customer that she should tow the vehicle to the shop to properly diagnose it before judging the cause of the engine not starting. Customer was told that if spark plugs were at fault, then towing charges will be reimbursed and she will not be responsible for paying anything, but she refused to let us at least inspect the car. We basically advised her that we cannot make a decision as to why it is not starting unless we inspect the vehicle. Aside from that, customer drove the vehicle out of the shop with the vehicle starting. Before taking vehicle, customer was reassured the spark plugs that were used are the OEM ones and parts receipt is present to prove it. Customer also indicated that her spark plug wires were old and fried, we never changed the wires and we never charged her for them. Customer also claimed that we never changed the oil, engine oil level upon draining was very low and she was advised about that verbally.  Let me know if there is another way I can help Regards [redacted]Speedy Auto Repair & Smog [redacted]
