I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The business refunded the product in Full and we accept their response with one exception - their accusatory nature of our behavior is out of line and not accurate

Attached you will see credit card transaction that shows that customer placed her order at 14:PST Tuesday Nov14th, Our daily order cut off is pm CST, so order was considered placed according to our terms and conditions on Wednesday Nov15th, Customer selected day production time
and standard day delivery. Which with her selections we would ship on Friday. Shipping Friday a day method would guarantee a delivery of MondayIn our Terms and Conditions which customers must agree to prior to purchase we reserve the right to alter production days and ship methods as long as guaranteed delivery date is still met. In this situation we shipped the buttons early on Wednesday Fedex Express which guaranteed the delivery for Monday - which was the promised delivery dateCustomer called Friday and stated they need the button for a Saturday event. We worked with customer to arrange for the package to be held at a fedex location and she had someone go pick them up. Which they did and they had them for their eventThe lady was very threatening on the phone with staff. Stating she was going to ruin our reputation by putting lots of bad reviews online everywhere, so I told my staff to give her a refund but we ARE NOT EVER going to accept future orders from her or her company. I placed the order on Tuesday, Nov 14th and the tracking number is saying the order left your facility on Wednesday Nov 15th but will not arrive till Monday We paid $for Overnight Shipping AND we called Fedex- they said you guys placed the order under regular shipping. We spoke to Jonathan, a customer service rep on the phone and notified him that we will be seeking a full refund as our order and shipping was messed up.
