I was told my car would be ready for me to pick it up in two weeks at most, but it's going on weeks that they've had my car
Everyday I call and ask when my vehicle will be ready and each time they tell me a further dateI understand that car shops are overwhelmed with so much vehicle hail damage, but he assured me it wouldn't take longer than two weeksNo one has given an accurate date to pick up my vehicle and it's ridiculous! I think it's very unprofessional and I will never do business with them again
