company fraudulently charged my credit card for service
I had a door bell installed by the company and they could not run my credit card They attempted to do it manually and I told the that wouldn't work because the card had been compromised and I received a contact for that from my bank I told them I would send them a check for it but also wanted an itemized receipt for labor and material The owner refused to do that and after hanging up on me went back and manually entered the card information which was then deducted from my account without authorization I have filed a claim with Chase bank for that and have stopped payment on the check which was going to be mailed The owner refuses to tell us what we were paying for in terms of the product, and in terms of labor By charging my card without my authorization, she has committed an act of fraud
