I spent a total of $28.35 ($10 delivery +$18.35 food) for a service and food that I di not receive. The driver that contacted me said the pickup location is outside of their pick up area. However, the *** provided 5 steps to use when when using the *** & none of them mentioned they only go to 2 zipcodes in Houston.
It does however tell the user to pay for your food first and then enter the information into the note section for the delivery person to pick up. This is false advertisement. ...I need my money back and the company refuses
There is no brick & mortar for this company. It is 100% online; I provided the *** & the company's email address in my original complaint. I have attached the food receipt.
