Speedy Furniture

We purchased furniture on September 30th with a 7-10 day lead time. After 2 weeks, we called and they said it didn't come in that week, but it should be in the next week. 2 more weeks go by. I leave messages and don't get a call back. I finally go in to the store on a Saturday and they said the footboard and nightstand came in 2 weeks ago, and the headboard just came in this week. However, when we went to load it couldn't find the headboard! He told me he would look into it and call me on Monday. We didn't receive a call. We left messages, no return call. Finally my husband went to the store on Friday and they said "oh your wife must have misunderstood what I said. I told her we would have to re-order it. I put a rush on it and is should be here Saturday or Sunday." We suspected the “special delivery” wasn’t true. I wait until Tuesday and called, Wednesday called again. Same on Thursday. Finally on Friday Nov 15th, (6 weeks since I ordered the furniture) I went in to demand my money back to find out it just came in. I took the headboard home and, put it together and realized IT WAS THE WRONG HEADBOARD!!!!! It was a similar style, but wouldn't work with the footboard we already had. I returned the headboard on Monday, November 18th demeaning a refund. They said a check would be sent to me. It is now February 1st. I haven’t received my refund check. I have called and left messages several times with no response and sent a registered letter requesting my refund. Still no response.
