On 11/12/My daughter got hit by a truck at 6:am ,she called us advising she need a tow truck so my husband rushed to her aid, they called Speedy G in South Barrington asked how much it would be to tow her car from [redacted] *** which is miles their respond was $for the hook up and $per mile which is a total sum of $they proceed to ask is the mileage from the time of dispatched or the time of hook up the operator advise it was at the time of hook upso they agreed when the tow driver reach my home, my daughter Shakira Q [redacted] asked the driver how much he said $at that point my daughter involved my husband and he question the driver why so ? he said it was for empty mileage fee(mileage from the time of dispatch) so my husband paid $So when I arrived home that evening they advise me of the situation ,so I called and acted like a new cust6:pm and began to ask the young lady

I called for a tow truck from Speedy G Towing because upon waking up this morning, 04/04/16, I had discovered my front left tire on my car was flatAfter trying to reinflate the tire it became apparent that tire had a big hole in it letting all the air out I put inI am unaware of how the tire got this hole in it but there was no collision with any object that I am aware that caused itOf important note, there was no damage done to the alignment of the tire or any damage done to the car's tire rods prior to the car being towedThe tow truck dropped me and the car off at Just Tires in [redacted] to get my tire changed [redacted] drove the car into their shop and changed the tireUpon completion of the tire change I got in my car to drive away and noticed my alignment was completely out of whackI took it back to [redacted] and they claimed they had nothing to do with the alignment issue but they told me this most likely was caused by the tow because it looks like they hooked th

My car broke down and it was in need of a towing serviceI looked up this company and when I called to ask for rates they told me it was a flat fee of $and $per mile whenI got to my Destination the charge was totally different than what I had been quotesI called back to confirm the price they explained again it was $per mileThe office told me I was charged for milesI said we drove miles so where did the other miles come fromNot until then was I informed the miles is including the mileage that the driver drove to get to my locationHowever, they did not state that when I initially asked for a quoteI had a family member call inquiring about pricing and they were told the same thing, that it was a $flat fee plus $per mileSo we confirmed a scenario that if you were driving miles plus a $fee that would be $and that price was confirmedWhen we asked why I was charged a significantly different amount than that the business backtracked and tried to correct themselvesThey miss lead on the pricing and are not totally transparent with you on costsMy driver was very accommodating, however this company does not give its costumers the real pricing

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Total bait and switch with the quote I received and the amount billedI was quoted $for hookup and $3/mile for a mile tripTotal charge should have been $They billed my cc $147.15!!! I will fight this with *** and am confident that it will get resolved to my satisfaction but after reading several other reviews...they do this ALL the time! Save yourself the aggrivation of making all these unnecessary phone calls and contract with another towing company!!!

We called this service in a snow storm, They came out to get a vehicle out of a narrow driveway and wanted to charge me $dollarsWe agreed on $which is still way too much and when they charged my credit card is was for $Not a service I would again, they completely took advantage of the situationDon't use these guys
