If you like crap work and being harassed to no end you have found the right glass shop I have used this shop many times and have even referred family and friendsNow I am being harassed to the extreme over a small invoiceI notified them about the delay in payment before any work was done and everything seemed to be O.KBUT NOW!!! They are calling my place of work, demanding payment from my boss and even trying to get in touch with my corporate office, OVER SMALL WINDOWI have been in contact explaining I will pay as soon as I receive my check but that is not enough for themNow I am experiencing troubles at my personal job because of these animals STAY AWAY, HOPPIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS AND NO CONCERN FOR PEOPLES PERSONAL LIVES !!!!

Our vehicle was broken into in Vancouver, BC December 19, We went to "Speedy" Auto GlassDecember 20, They ordered the wrong part (wrong side) We were only in Vancouver for a couple days then travelling hours away to spend the Christmas holidays with family So we got a courtesy car They told us our vehicle would be ready on Monday December 28, We got back to vancouver to pick up our vehicle only to find out the wrong part was ordered again They sent us back to Vancouver Island with a plastic covered window opening with our vehicle loaded with Christmas presents, telling us the part will be sent directly to Victoria to be repaired immediately So now in Victoria the part won't be here until January 7, And we can't get our vehicle in to be fixed until January 8, It will be days since we've brought our vehicle in to "Speedy" Auto Glass to get fixed before it will actually get fixeddays!!! I asked if there is anything they can offer me for the inconvenience and was told there was nothing they could offer We are supposed to travel back to vancouver this weekend and will have to leave our main vehicle and take out other vehicle Hoping our main vehicle doesn't get vandalized, broken into,or stolen while we are goneTotally unhappy with the service we've been given
