June 9, 2016To Whom It May Concern,iWe are cordially responding to ID #***, complainant *** ***, vehicle *** *** *** purchased a *** *** on April 29th 2016, after the weekend he returned to our dealership with concerns about his vehicle, We immediately addressed the
problem by asking him to leave his vehicle so that we could properly address and repair the issues that he was concerned aboutPlease find attached an invoice from the service shop that took care of the issues and concerns that *** *** brought to our attentionDuring this process we also accommodated him with a loaner vehicle, which is not our standard policyOn May 19th, *** *** contacted our office with concerns of a check engine light being back onWe promptly responded for him to bring the vehicle back so that we can inspect it and fix any issuesUpon receiving the vehicle, we immediately took it back to the service facility that originally did the repairs, Service facility informed us that it needed a catalytic converter, at that time we instructed to proceed with repairs and replace any faulty ComponentsOnce again we accommodated *** *** with a loaner a *** *** *** while his vehicle was in the shop for repairs*** ***has included in this complaint that there is an open recall for *** ***, which is an issue he can address directly with the manufacturer and have fixed at no cost to himAs of June 3, Direct Auto Sales has addressed and fixed all issues associated with *** ***'s complaint and continued to go above and beyond to put him on a dealer license plate in order to transport the vehicle back to his home state of DelawareAt which point he, by Delaware state law, is required to obtain a Delaware state temporary license plate, which will give him days to prepare the car for Delaware State InspectionOnce a vehicle|passes Delaware state inspection it will be issued permanent Delaware license plates & registrationAs of today June 9th, *** *** *** has not applied for the temporary state registration, nor contacted our staff to approve an extension to use our Dealership Registration any longer, Please feel free to contact us if there are any other questions regarding this matter.Sincerely,
