Review: I engaged [redacted]n at Speedy K's to detail a door on my truck and to detial my boat. Truck detail was done as requesed and of his $320.24 bill that is thus $49.99 + tax that is valid.As I explained to him immediatedy by phone and later by email on day of service (I got home right after he left my driveway), the boat detailing service was not to my satisfaction.He charged $250+ tax to detail entire exterior, to clean/vac/condition entire interior. They say they did that work but since he took my boat cover off after I left and put it on before I returned...is his saying he did but no proof.Reason is, he (and he admitted this) put boat cover on wrong. I got home in pouring rain and since he ran the boat cover strap UNDER the windshield instead of ABOVE it (as it is on all such covers and he is an expert..and he took it off just hour before so should have remembered)....boat was flooded with water and leaves. Upholstry and carpet were dirty and soaked wet when I got home under an hour after he finished. Either he did not DO the work he claimes OR he was sloppy on putting it back together....regardless, net at end was inside of boat was less clean then before I hired him. JUST that would negate the $250 charge if he was honorable. I offered this to him.In addition, he or his guys damaged by back seat as it was like new before they got in and stained after I got home. I sent him visual proof, he disputes, I have witnesses to the 'before' condition as nothing on or in or near my boat could have made the stains. That replacement cost me $150+ labor+ time.I offered him a VERY fair middle of math settlement both by phone and via email. I cc'd his 'corporate offices' email as per their website. Got zero response. ONLY thing he sent was to our Visa credit card company something claiming work was done. He had my wife sign a form at front door while she was (documented) on a conference call...it was after work done but was raining and boat covered off to side so she did not see.Desired Settlement: I would like him to be honorable and meet me at the middle ground I offered. I can easily justify him owing me full refund plus damages but as a business owner I understand some of his issues though not his lack of accountability or willingness to settle.If he will take, as I offered prior, a middle amount settlement as paid in full, I can let it drop and would not see fit for a negative Revdex.com rating or other action.If not, then he is not operating in good faith.

Business owner called Revdex.com in response to a reminder call about this complaint. He said this consumer has been totally refunded and he thought the matter was resolved.

Review: I purchased an [redacted] deal which stated "$50 towards any mobile detailing service from Speedy K's" for $25.00. No where in the description of the deal did it state that I needed to use the voucher on a detailing package - it only states "towards any mobile detailing service" several places in the offer. When I called to make the reservation for a "headlight repair (restoration of headlights)" listed on their website (speedyks.com) for $49.99 for a sedan, I was told I could not use the voucher on this service because it was not in conjunction with a "package". The person from Speedy K's said he was not going to argue and disconnected the call. By the way, the headlight repair is listed on their website under "Additional Auto Detailing Packages." The person I spoke with also tried to tell me that the headlight repair cost was $60 - $70 dollars and not $49.99 and first asked me if I was on the right website and whether "per headlight" or "starting at" was before or after the $49.99 which it is not.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $25.00 that I paid for this offer as I feel it was misleading.

Even though this package

was only valid for detailing packages our sales representative offered Ms. [redacted] to call [redacted]

to receive a full refund she had hung up with our representative. This offer was not offered through Speedy

K's. Ms. [redacted] will have to contact

[redacted] to receive the $25.00 refund she paid for this voucher.

According to [redacted]'s terms they will only refund up to 30 days after purchase of the voucher. Since I purchased this on May 21, 2012, I believe Speedy K's has been paid and should refund my money.

This offer was not paid to Speedy K's directly therefore it needs to be

refunded through the purchaser ([redacted]).

Speedy K's would be more and happy

to honor this for one of our detailing packages (with even an extra $10.00

discount) but this did not fit the customers budget.

I requested a Headlight repair which is listed on their website under "Additional Detailing Packages" - their wording not mine. So why do I have to purchase something more? I am awaiting a response from Eversave.

Our sales staff was more and happy to switch her package to

another package then first requested.

However Ms. [redacted] did not want to pay the remaining cost for this

package after her voucher. Mr. [redacted]

only wanted to spend $50.00 only, however the services she was looking for

costs more. There isn't much our sales

staff can do when they do not want to spend the money for a package

requested. We even offered a discount

for our packages but customer hung up on or representative so they could not

arrive at resolution...

The second package I requested was listed on their website at $49.99. He claims the cost is $60 - $70 dollars for the package. If you advertise a package at $49.99 then I think this price should be honored. I am still awaiting to hear from [redacted] and would only like a refund at this point.

We do apologize but our sales rep stated that the

headlight repair is discounted at $49.99 if you have the headlights repaired at

the same time you have a Full Detail/Restoration package. Or you just want to have your headlights

repaired it is $89.99. Our reprehensive

also offered an extra $10.00 off this price but Mr. [redacted] hung up

before they could finish the conversation.
