I am rejecting this response because:
I did not asked for a detailed car washMy car did not needed that kind of washI called the police so they could write an report on what they did not cleanLike My windows was spotted and still dirty, my car underneath the doors was still dirty, and they did not do a good job with the dashboardI also reported to the cop about how a bunch of the workers came out yelling and coursing at me telling me to get off there lot and wash my own carI did not demand for them to rewash my carI asked them to clean my car rightWhat gives them the right to half clean my car? Then, get upset the way they didMy car just had rain and dry mud on it because of the rainAnd did I mention , my car is all whiteThat way it is easy to see a half wash jobDo not worry, I well not be coming back to themAnd I am telling family, friends, and neighbors about their unprofessional business conduct

I am rejecting this response because: I have pictures of the signage outside, which pertains to lost of stolen itemsMy emblem was not loose in the two years I've had theVehicle and had many washes, as wellThis is the second car I've had and the business has lost my emblemThey had no problem replacing it on the prior vehicle three years agosame ownerIt's their abrasive water pressureAnd he sounds quite racist and descriminant at this pointI would never go back and support such unprofessionalityThis man was yelling and slamming his own doors, seemed like he was having a bad day altogetherWhat's the next step to pursue this matter? Prior to suing him now for slander, prejudice, and my money back for the wash as well as the emblem I replacedWhat a horrible businessman.

To whom it may concern,This letter is in reference to the complaint ID [redacted]. As we informed the customer, we are not responsible for loose emblems and trims on a car. This is clearly stated on the menu board at the entrance to the Wash.In most situations, we go out of our way to find or replace...

the trims and emblems, if they are lost at our wash. In this particular situation, the customer attitude was so ridiculously horrible that we had to just walk away, So that we don’t escalate the situation any farther.Only person that was acting ignorant was her. Yelling and cursing at all the employees that tried to help her, including our African American employees. We ask that she NEVER comes back to our wash and her business is NOT welcomed. On Tuesday Oct 10 2017 [redacted] came to Speedy Lube with a complaint of something vibrating under the front end ,wanted us to jack it up to check the front,said it was shaking her out of the road. After checking the front found nothing to be loose. What we did find was high and low spots on both...

front tires inside and out. Suggested she have  tires rotated and front end alignment (we don’t do alignments). She asked where she could take it to [redacted] told her two locations to get this done,she was going to go where she got the tires.We dropped the truck she ask what she owed,didn’t charge her for checking the  truck she was sitting at the back of the shop when [redacted] told her he was done. [redacted] walked away thinking she would back out which she did not back out she proceeded to drive thru the shop at which time she hit the lift bust the sidewall of her tire.Three employees went over to help and saw that she had ran into the lift and busted the sidewall of her tire.She was sitting in the truck and ask what had she done.She was crying said [redacted] was going to kill her for busting the tire. [redacted]'s mom stated that [redacted] would be mad because [redacted] had told her not to drive the truck because she didn’t know how. We took her spare off and put it on the truck told her it was the wrong size not to run it long because it could mess something up. [redacted] called [redacted] she was crying said he's going to kill me he told me not to drive the truck. Mother said if she kept going the way she was going she would have hit the mirror or side of the truck.  [redacted] left the shop after about 20 minutes her and [redacted] came back into the shop waked over to third bay where the lift is [redacted] went over [redacted] ask who was going to pay for his tire. [redacted] said it wasn’t our fault she was driving the truck [redacted] was upset. when she left she was the first time she thanked us and left after they both came back in that is when the story change about whose fault it was. [redacted] called me and based on her driving the truck I said I would not pay for a tire. I ([redacted]) talked to [redacted] and [redacted] both and explained after talking with my employees the shop was not going to pay for a tire. Last conversation with [redacted] she accused me of being raciest against women told me I know what is going to happen next. Last time I checked in the state of Virginia the driver is responsible. I do pay for mishaps at my shop or personal life, people who want to blame their mistakes on someone else should grow up and pay for theirs. My experience with this company was totally awful. I went in for a brake job and I took my own pads. I was inform that they were the wrong ones, fine. I then asked do u have the ones that fit? his response was yes. ok I said how much,90.dollars he said ok go ahead put them on. the next day they started sweeling and making noise. so I said to myself maybe they just need to be broken in. but to months later it still occurs. so I take the car bake and the mechanic say theres nothing he can do, but if I bring a new set of brakes that he would put them on. ok fine so I asked him to let me see the correct pair of breaks so there would not be a problem. his response was no you get your own. so I asked well why cant I buy the brakes u have here. his response was because I would have to charge u the full price. 90.00 dollars. so I asked to speak to a manager and he said the manager was in new York, I asked for a number to reach him and he laughted
