Speedy PC

I keep receiving calls from this co which I paid $199.00 to for service on my home computer. They are supposed to give me a refund and want me to go to [redacted] and open a money acct so they can send me a check from China that I should cash and take my money out and send them the difference. They call it comes up private caller. They already got in to my credit card and transferred money to my checking which I caught and stopped. These people. Have an Indian accent and are driving me crazy with the calls. I really don't have any contact information on this company and signed up with them on one of my senior moments. Was just not thinking at the time. I need the calls to stop. I'll take the loss money wise. Just need them to leave me alone. I'm sure there are many more people they are callingDesired SettlementI just need them to stop all calls they never even did any service on my computer. In October, 2014, I received a call from PC Speedy saying that they could see that I'm having issued with my computer. They spoke in a dialect that I couldn't understand most of what they were saying, as well as the fact that I am not computer literate enough to be able to follow what he was asking me to do. I had a charge for $199 on my November bill, not realizing that this isn't a legitimate company. They keep calling back with the same heavy dialect asking me to do things on my computer while they are on the phone. I know they are trying to get access to my information and realize now that they are not real. I had my neighbor do a search on them and she found nothing but complaints from many other people about this company. Sprrdy Pc is trying to sell me a service I already have. To secure my pc system.Speedy pc called me and said that my pc system was at a high risk and that if I get on the internet that I could lose my whole computer and that it would kill my computer they asked for $199.00 so that they could block all the bad files that they see on my system. I already have a system call Norton security and I have used this system for the last 12 or 15 years, so my complaint is that they keep calling me even though I have told them I am not interested in there product.Desired SettlementNeed to ask them to stop bugging people on the phone it is annoying.
