I am rejecting this response because:
I had called multiple times trying to resolve the problem with a supervisor but they failed to return my calls or even attempted to reach me to resolve any issues
To this day, I still have not received any calls from Speedy Rooter. Since Speedy Rooter's plumber did nothing at all to fix my clogged toilet, I had no choice but to cancel the check on April 15, the next after it was withdrawnEven though I canceled the check I was charged an extra $just to do soI feel that I should not have had to pay to cancel the check had the supervisor given me a call to resolve the issue in the first place.

The homeowner *** *** had us replace a section of her sewer lateral @ her home @ *** *** *** RdDover PA.We did the work and her line continued to have problems due to tree foots furtehr down the line into her front yard area she had a big tree and lots of shrubs causing roots in
the sewerline She was aware of that and had us replace the rest of the line After the rest of the line was replaced to the street the line no longer backed up she was aware of this Second due the time of the excavation her live in man dug out the shrubs and moved them and moved some small trees there was no damage to his thats!Thank You!

I am rejecting this response because: most of the written letter from the business is a lieI was never given a written or verbal estimateand the well was pulled the same day they checked it out not the next daythe only reason the plumber came back the next day was because he messed up a piece to my well pumpI was never informed of what was being done, just told well needed pullednot that it needed $of repairs which is over pricedand I was the one who tried to resolve the billlady that answered the phone did nothing but get angry with me and accused me of not wanting to pay my billI only asked that I be billed accordinglyshe then hung up on meand once again I never authorized anything but to pull the well pumpand I have phone records to show that the business only called me twice and that was after the repairs were finished(without authorization) to collect the outrageous amount

I spoke with the lady on the phone an explained he was running behind the job before there's ran overHe was only a 1/out of the scope of the estimated timeWe went in and augered out the toilet and flushed the toiletHe then checked the line and everything was flowing fineHe checked the
outside line and everything was making it to the streetThe covers the service call travel and up to hour on siteShe was quoted the pricing before the job was scheduledWe completed the service and collected the amount quoted The lady called about the bill, but never stated she was still experiencing problemsI spoke with the sister and she even said everything was fineShe was just upset about the priceShe know what the charges were going to be up front before the job was scheduledThere is nothing dishonest about the service or the jobThanks

Yes, we do stand behind our work and guarantee it for 30 days.  When the plumber called you all you mentioned was one area you had to tighten or secure the pipe little better.  No other issues were mentioned or needed addressed.  You even told him the work was fine that you didn't like the bill.  So the work was not shabby.  The pricing is standard for the industry if you called plumbers in the past and mark up on material most companies do 20 - 50% mark up.  Ours was 30% very fair.  Sorry you feel that way but the bill is what is is for your job.  Thank you, Andrea

I am rejecting this response because:Speedy Rooter was hired to unclog a sewer pipe. Thay were paid 1700. at which time the repair failed. Three weeks later they were still onsite and I still did not have a toilet or wastewater facilities. I called another service with certified master plumbers who photographed a piece of Speedy Rooters equipment in the line. When it was redug we found the pipe had not been laid properly or glued and had fallen into pieces. OSHA was called as well as township and boro reps. It has now cost me an additional 7300. to repair what they did. It wasn' tree roots and obviously was not installed by a plumber-and they hit the water main, drove their backhoe 1/2 mile to Rutters where they were arrested after filling it with the wrong type of gas and left garbage and broken parts everywhere. The one guy brought his girlfriend along to work every day. What a fiasco! And then I received another bill from Speedy Rooter for 2000!Speedy Rooter needs to pay my plumbing bill and refund me my 1700. I hate to take this any farther.

The pricing breakdown is 165.00 service call travel & 1st hv.  This covers time picking up material and running back to site.  3 1/2 hrs time on site repiping for 2 men 100.00 hr.The price is very far most  companies charge 70 hr for all men on site.  The material charge...

has a 30% markup which is very far considering we by wholesale.  The time on site can be verified with tenants.  The plumbers are skilled and have combined exp of 35 years.  The weather has no affect on pricing it's the same in the winter as summer.  Our prices haven't changed for the last 8 years.  The bill was charged accordingly for the work performed.  Thank you,Andrea

No, we don't put a hot water heater in for free. We extended a payment plan to help her out due to her financial circumstances. The problem with the kitchen line was air in the line very common when changing out a hot  heater and he repaired the waterline were it was pinched. You were not...

charged for that service. 2nd there was no risk for the carbon minoxide because the vent was on correctly it just needed adjustment. Nothing to cause any heath risk. 3rd the problem to your upstairs was a bad valve from the house being old when you shut off the water. We had nothing to do with that valve.  The bill is due in full if not paid  we can schedule to have the hot water heater removed and she can work with someone else on a payment plan. homeowner was aware of the situation of what was being done and approved the work.  The homeowner complained after the work was done about the time it took to go for parts.  Due to rush hour traffic it took awhile to get what we needed and get back to his home.  I tried to resolve this with him on the phone before he filled this complaint and expressed that I could give him a 100.00 credit for one hour of that time. We cant run around for parts and material for peoples jobs for free and we cant control the traffic. I think this is an only fair and final offer and the bill is due he authorized the work and agreed to pay over thephone with a credit card when the job was complete since he didnt want to miss work. This is final and is bill is due. Thank you

The tech has been in the business for 12 1/2 years.  We always ask the homeowner there problem and if they know of any cleanouts. They know the house and everyone's home is not the same.  I never had a complaint of this tech being rude....

 Anytime a customer calls for service they are put on the schedule they may have to wait behind other callers.  If you did want to wait your turn that was your choice.  Your line was open for a week.  You flushed toilets did laundry and dishes.  Someone had to clog it off again or you have a problem line possible broken pipe. We would recommend the camera if it continues your line was not a rush job or it would not have stayed open a week.  It would not have clogged after the 1st flush after he left.  Thank you

We don't warranty clog lines and piping we don't install.  Some homes are 100 years old and with kids in the house they can flush anything.  There is no warranty on sewer clogs.

They had to make access to snake the line. In many cases if the cap has been on for years it will crumble and break due to age. You can find one @ [redacted] or [redacted] because we would charge for the cap and the time to run and get one. The plumbers most likely didn't have the size you needed on the...
