Good Morning, I am writing in regard to complaint # ***What MsHoward states is trueOn the vehicle previous
to hers there must have been some lipstick stuck to the rug which transferred to the vacuum nozzle and subsequently onto her seatI immedietaly took it back to our detailer who had to use a solvent to remove itA solvent is what is considered a "dry side cleaner" which is what one uses to remove a make up stainIf you use a detergent off the bat it will set it in never to come out.I received a message from MsHoward at the end of last week I believe Thursday to call her as she was still not happyI returned the call and it went to voicemailI left a detailed message stating that we would be happy to deep clean her seat and do an oder removal process if necessaryI never heard backI am confident that we can remove any lingering oders and stain if given the opportunityI understand her frustration as it is a new car and feel terrible that this accident did happen.Solvents do have an initial oder that dissipate over a few daysA new seat is most likely totally unnecessary but I would be more than happy to not only make it right but also perform some other extra services to make up for any inconvenience this has caused. This is ridiculousI will never return after the customer service I received the other dayYour cashier really blew itWhen I went inside to pay for the cleaning of my car your cashier, was on her phone and took a while to even notice I was waitingWhen she finally took notice to my presence she seemed to be irritated that I interrupted her texting, and seemed to not be fully sure of the different deals you guys offer, and came off a annoyed when I questioned into your different optionsI finally gave up on asking questions and just paid for my wash and browsed your little shop until my car was doneYou need to hire people who care about your customers more than their conversation over textYour staff have just caused you to lose me as a customer for now If a receptionist working for my company ever treated a customer as I was treated, they would be firedNot to mention after I got back to my car after being told I was ready, my car was not cleanI could have gone through a wash at a 7-with better resultsI still had mud splatter on my rear quarter panels from the recent rainMaybe if you were busy I would understand, if you guys were rushed, but there was only one other car there at the timeI am very bummed because I had heard great things about you guys, but not feeling welcome as a customer has definitely pushed me awayA bad washing can be easily fixed, but feeling not welcome is hard to fixI hope you guys can figure this out, your location is great for me and on my way home from work, fix your unwelcoming cashier and I will be willing to return and try again and change my reviews if the service improves

Again, this guy worked here, guess he quit, don't remember, doesn't matterIn the time he worked here I had two small business owners who are regular customers tell me he was on their sites trashing them in quite the rude mannerName calling, insulting, kind of
like what he wrote on our pageNever did read them but since he was accusing us of "stalking" I did go to his *** page and read his reviewsWow! *** you seem like quite the nice guyBelittling, insulting and swearing at people in the service industry is the sign of shaky ego in my opinionNormally when someone has a complaint they call and we bend over backwards to accommodate themNot this time ***You get what you give in this life, and from the looks of it you relish in pointing out any and all perceived deficiencies and slightsYou will get nothing in return from usIf our lighthearted response hurt your feelers so be it

I am rejecting this response because:As said this becomes a he said she said type of scenario. Before the said date that I brought the car in, it had previously(Nov 4th) been in service at a car dealership where they serviced the car(maintenance) The dealership did not note any damage on the preinspection of taking the vehicle This is the only point that the car would be "dirty" enough to not notice the damage on the door They clean the exterior of the car before returning to me and at this time I would have noticed the damage since it was on the driver side and the car was "clean" I also had the car looked at on Nov 6th by a "buyer" and they also did not notice the damage. When asked about the damage after they had said that if it was there before, more than likely it would have been noticed. This was a car in close to perfect condition and less than years old There was no damage to any exterior part of the car except for a crack in the windshield by the rear view mirror.I did not noticed the damage right when I left the car wash because I was on my way to work in the morning As soon as I got to work less than minutes later and I started taking pictures of my car is when I noticed the damage to the door This is when I called back to speak to manager in question, ***On the phone he did say that he was watching the "video" and he didn't see anything He did offer for me to bring my car there for them to look at to see what they could do and I did refuse because he had already brought up the "he said she said" argument My request at that time was a refund of the money I spent on a bad car wash(and it was just the interior that I actually wanted cleaned anyways, but that's not even the problem now) because I don't like dealing with companies in these types of situations because it is always the same response no matter the situation and did not want to pursue how to get my money back for the damages to the car because of the process that is involved and businesses are slow to respond as it is I refused to bring it back in because he didn't offer any type of solution except to "look" at it, I was not wanting to waste any more of my time at this place of business. Also, my front license plate is "bent" Just the left driver side part Now this isn't my quarrel, but if you are saying that I didn't know or notice that my license plate was bent and the fact that I get into my car every day that I wouldn't see the damage is just another reason I don't want to deal with this business or employees. At this point it does not matter to me what the business decides to do or not do My bank has refunded me my money for the wash I will no longer go there and also make sure that no one I know goes there which is what I can do as a consumer I did not expect anything to come of this, just wanted it to be on file If I am required to follto claim damages to get other money back to make a point I will do so

Hello,
I recently wrote in about an issue with a business I then sent a message saying that I had put the wrong dollar amount My car is currently in the shop for other mechanical work being done that is from a separate incident The initial estimate of ~$is a valid for dollar amount to fix the damage to the back driver side door Also retracing and contacting places and businesses that have serviced the car in the last week before the incident, have started that would have been noticed if it had been brought to them like that This further indicates that this damage did incur on their premises while the vehicle was being serviced
Let me know if there is anything else
Thanks,

I tried to respond to Speedy Wash times on the Revdex.com web page but was told the page wasnt workingI decided to email. In short, I worked for a Judge for years and Speedy's response is unconscionable! In the least, Speedy could suggest unlimited car washes for six months since I paid them alreadyI would be there every day once or twiceIt would easier to refund the payment for unused car washesI have also contacted an attorneyI hope Speedy will simply refund the $150.I agree I signed their form last year for $29.99., however, Speedy did not provide me with a copy until I visited in March, I did not know Speedy would continually charge meI did not notice the extra charges on my credit card until I was preparing taxes I believed I paid only for October, for unlimited washesWith our busy schedule, I appeared onceThere were several deaths at church and in our neighborhoodMy husband is a statistical consultant and I am preparing to take a State ExamFurther, I had my car washed at various other car wash places, such as *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Speedy did not tell me they placed a sticker on my windshieldI did not see it until March The sticker is approx 1/inch by inches, black and whiteIt was placed directly above my *** *** sticker which is the same colorOn the inside of my window, I have my oil change sticker plus I store my gloves and a sun hat on the dash to my left and above the steering wheel.I am asking for a full refund of unused car washes, or months of $Thank you.*** ***

To Whom it may concern,We here at Speedy Sparkle are sorry Ms*** did not receive full value for the wash program she signed up forAgain the rules of the program are very straightforward and prominently displayedWe are confident that everything was explained fully and are sorry she did not read the form she signedWe have signed up several thousand people in the last three years since this we started this program and have had this situation come up less then timesAgain the rules and conditions are not in fine print but boldly displayed in the center of the formAmong those terms and conditions are no refunds for unused washes

To Whom it may concern,I am writing in response to complaint [redacted]. I have...

attached the contract the complainant filled out signed and dated. Let me explain the program. We do unlimited car washes for a monthly charge. We have three tiers of service, the customer chooses their service, the terms and conditions are both verbally explained to them and are also in BOLDFACE print in the center of the form. Since this form most likely will not be shown on your website let me give your readers the bullet points. Let me reiterate, this is not fine print, this is boldface in the center of the form where it cannot be missed. Here's the deal...*Unlimited washes for one vehicle*Your credit card will be charged each month you are a member*You can change or cancel anytime*No commitment*No refunds for monthly charges*Add a la carte services or upgrade to a higher car wash on any visit for a la carte price or difference in regular price. We sign up nearly 2000 people a year into our monthly wash club. Of those maybe two or three people a year don't understand it is a monthly program and call us about it. Most if not all of those people call when the first charge hits the following month. This customer did not check her statements for for 5 months! We train our cashiers to be very thorough when it comes to explaing the program, and also not sell it to elderly folks if they seem confused, infirm, or unable to grasp the concept. When they came in to talk to me they did not appear to have any cognitive impairments, quite the opposite in fact. The customer just kept stating that the cashier told her it was only for one month (wrong) and that she could not be expected to read the form she filled out. She also stated that she got nothing to tell her she was in the program. We place an easily identifiable barcode sticker on the lower left hand corner of the customer's windshield with our logo on it. It was still there when they came in.The cashier that sold her the program is very thorough, experienced and patient. As for not reading the form, well that is certainly not our fault. It's all right there in black and white, why would you fill out a form with all of your info including your cc #.sign it and not read it? I am rejecting this response because:
So you are declining my refund because I give honest reviews to people? Hurt my feelers? I'm glad I quit cause this company is run by a child it's really sad. I now work for a company that helps people and treats there employees like adults instead of kids looking for a summer job. Sure pay was better here but I do not care to work for a company that acts like a bunch of kids. My reviews are based off either amazing service or [redacted] service. They are none of your business and should never be brought up as that is the point of posting reviews to alert other people out there of other companies service whether it's worth your money or not.
Again though! When I did work here I got [redacted] out if I left anything a wet spot or missed in between the seats or left smudges on while wiping down the console and windows. If I even missed a little spot if it was hair! Yet I got back in my car and you guys barely even tried to clean it. Glad I didn't get anything over the cheaper clean cause than I would have straight up walked in and had a even bigger complaint.
An adult owned company would let the past be the past and be glad someone is just coming in for a wash or whatever service the company provides.
Again I ask for a refund as I did a better job vacuuming it myself with a shop vac with no flat head or anything!

To Whom it may concern, I am writing to respond to the claim made  # [redacted] on 11/09/2014 concerning the Subaru Outback. First let me explain how our equipment in the car wash operates. There are neoprene wraps on either side of the car that spin in a clockwise direction. They start in the middle of the front, clean down either side and meet in the middle of the rear of the car. If either were to scratch a car the only possible way that could happen if something were caught in the wraps, like say a fish hook. If that were the case there would not be a scratch in one particular area like the rear door, there would be a series of dings not scratches starting halfway through the middle of the car culminating halfway through the rear. Also if that were the case the problem would have to be repeatable, meaning an equipment malfunction would have the same result on the dozens upon dozens of cars washed that day, not just one. That leaves us with the only other possibility, the car was damaged by either someone running into it with another vehicle or a staff member running it into something. The vehicle was on film here from the moment it arrived until the moment it left. [redacted] our assistant manager on duty that day watched the film while the customer was on the phone with him and could see nothing of the sort. [redacted] then invited the customer to come down so he could examine the scratches and show him both the film, the processes and equipment here. The customer refused the invitation telling [redacted] "if you're not going to do anything for me I'm not coming in" and demanded a refund. [redacted] did tell the customer if they refuse to come back and just demand money and a refund it turns into a "he said she said type situation" and that is not tenable. We are not giving a refund as we performed the agreeded upon service and most certainly did not damage the car.    I would also like to point out that over our 6 year history we have had a few instances where a staff member has accidently damaged a vehicle. When that has happened we immediately take responsibility and make it right, no questions asked. This is NOT one of those times. Often times people notice various dings, dents and scratches after washing their car especially at a full service wash as they are not actually in the car and come out to look it over when complete. This is only natural as their car was dirty previously and now clean and shiney where every blemish shows itself. I have saved the date and time the car was in here on film in case further legal action is considered as it clearly shows nothing happened to the vehicle while here. Again let me reiterate, if there was any question the vehicle was damaged here we would take care of it. In our eyes there is absolutely no question it was not. Sincerley, [redacted]General ManagerSpeedy Sparkle Car Wash970-613-9000
