Speedy TV Sales

Speedy TV had our TV for 2 months and never fixed it... he gave me my TV back in pieces and will not refund my moneywe dropped our 50" [redacted] flat screen TV off on 5/22. We paid a 35$ diagnostic fee. (Actually $40.00 because he didn't have change) He called us back the same day stating he found the problem. It was the circuit board. He had to order the part and needed for us to pay the cost of the part and to have it shipped. We paid over the phone. 195.00. He stated the part should be in that following Monday and it would only take a couple of days for him to fix. We called a few days later and he said the part was on back order and he was going to have to wait on it. A week later we check with him and he says we have LED lights that need to be replaced. He should have it finished in 2-3 days. After checking back, he states we STILL have some LED lights not working.It would be ready in a few days. We call back to check the status on the day he said he should have it fixed. He was VERY rude and provided an excuse his mother passed away 26 years ago on this day and he would really like to go put flowers on her grave. He would have it the next day. I went to his shop the next day and the TV is laying in his repair room in pieces. He states it still has LEDS not working. After asking him, when will this be ready?? He states on Monday. On Monday I call and he will not answer the phone so I asked my girlfriend if she will go by the shop after work. She calls the number later that afternoon and gets a voicemail that hes closing his shop to move to his house and he will not be able to have any " FOOT TRAFFIC". After calling several times and finally from a different #, he answers and once again, very rude to her. HE says the TV will be ready on Tuesday and if not, he will refund us the money. He was told we would be by on Tuesday afternoon. If he couldn't fix the TV to please put it back together so we can take it somewhere else and refund us our money. On Tuesday, we arrive at his shop, the TV is still in pieces. He provides an excuse that hes working on a loan for his building and didn't have time. We then tell him I will be back tomorrow, if the TV isn't fixed, please put it back together and refund us the money. He agrees. We go back the next day and the shop is closed when we get there. We call him 3x and he finally answers. He shows up at the shop about 30 minutes later. we receive our TV back IN PIECES. Once loading the TV in the car, he states hes waitig on a small business loan and doesn't have any money to give us.( after he hands us a broken TV) This was on 7/20/15. He signs the receipt stating he owes us 254.74 asap and that he will have the money in a couple days. he also notes that "customer didn't want to wait" what a joke! We have called and his business phone has been disconnected and his cell phone goes straight to voicemail. He will not return our phone calls. The mans name is [redacted]. Desired Settlementat this point... since I have a year old 50" tv that's in pieces.. which it didn't even provide us the power cord back. I would like the money he owes me
