when I got to the shop they were waiting for me a d started my windshield replacement on time(not a usual happening) they were efficient,and very explanatory and used words that I could understand according to my jobthey were very clean and had me finished and on my way in good timeno water or wing leaks or wind noise........................................a very good job..................price was wonderful and has a warrantee
